Wilson should now deliver the S&P Players data. Enough time has now passed (even based on his own timeline comments) that AFC/H-Power could present/announce the partner "ahead of schedule". We shareholders have endured enough waiting for 'relevations' under Bonds leadership (if you could call it that).
Wilson shouldn't underestimate his inherited shareholder base, we have been through the wars, and now duly expect delivery on promises made!
Nothing has changed here in the least ,name change wow. Same as from Bond to Wilson , LTH still in dark ,communication still a disgrace, another gravy train brigade, promises on promises, didn’t Wilson recognise Bonds mistakes and B/S and yet !!! We all still in dark , obviously fuel cells don’t work , and words don’t cut it ! Wilson , and Bond cardboard cutout.
This is all on the wrong board - but of course naming the S&P partner would be price sensitive! At the moment it's essentially R&D - when they're named it's confirmation that a commercial future is likely!!
@Daz9643 you're clearly invested so I'm assuming your rants are fuelled by frustration. You seem to have missed my point that naming the S&P company is not price sensitive news. If it was, the company would have named them last year. I can't see why they would name them before there is actual news to announce, i.e. a joint project (nobody said the 'news' would come immediately after). Simply naming them before the rebrand would have been even more pointless. If my opinion (that's all it is) makes me a loser then so be it. Any advice on how I can improve myself? Ranting and calling people names on share discussion boards seems to work for you. Maybe I'll give it a try.
@daz9643... nothing is perfect... you're just too stupid to understand that... it's not without reason that I urge forum members to read up on things in the media... *you* are the good-for-nothing! Let's talk about AFC instead of engaging in pointless debates!
Oh grow up Alittle, we all know the ones like you trying to influence people, those saying news is probably being held back until the name change goes through, luckily most here aren’t stupid enough to fall for it. I believe in AFC for now, I don’t believe in all the rampers making out everything is perfect
You need to select HPOW

Can someone let me know why AFC is showing Zero on here , but Tradegate is showing the current Price ?

@ sono... Very well spotted! That is precisely why the stock market doesn't trade the past!
Like all things AFC its always in the future.
It is the little things that will make H-Power big in the future. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/aetaeqaepaexaezaerabraedaeuaepaehaeyaewabraepaesaetaebaesaeqaeqaes-ugcPost-7460345264311238656-uBVI?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_android&rcm=ACoAADhXRG0BLoKf9_pZbHWAV4opL1qwIhaFQno

A sensible post.
It's one final throw of the dice. AFC failed in its objective to commercialise alkaline fuel cells and was no longer offering these products, therefore the name had to change to more accurately reflect what the company does i.e it produces hydrogen from cracking ammonia and either sells it directly to clients or used it to produce electricity via bought in PEM fuel cells which are packaged in house. I note the SP is down trading under the new name so it hasn't impressed the market. Only sales will do that and we've been saying that for 20 years! Wilson needs to get a move on or he'll be coming out with the begging bowl again. Meanwhile ITM and CWR forge ahead! Depressing.

JCB attempting to beat the world hydrogen powered land speed record with engines from its diggers!
Didn’t AFC supply energy for some world wide car rally events a few years ago?
Dare I ask if they have any involvement with JCB? Would be a better partner than Speedyhire!

A share consolidation would raise the share price but add no value.
The mystery s&p500 name has been floated on here for too long and may not matter now 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Sales sales sales will provide all we need to know.
Good luck everyone
You’d have a point if AFC wasn’t an abbreviation. The obvious question is ‘what does it stand for?’ Would Arsenal Football Club abbreviate to MUFC?
If you can't sell product it means nothing, re-brand, name change, as many times as you like, it makes no difference. As I have said many times before, the only thing that will shift the SP (apart from sector rise) is sales on mass.
June 2022 was the last, Launch of New Corporate Website and Brand Refresh.
Think I’ve been through 3 or 4 of these previously.
Will it aid sales ? No.
Is it good to disassociate from the incumbent Bond who dragged the AFC name into the gutter ? Yes.
Apple don’t sell apples, caterpillar don’t sell caterpillars, Tesco don’t sell Tescos, changing the name is pretty meaningless.
Just my opinion, but I think the H‑Power rebrand is a smart strategic move. It puts the product at the centre of everything the company does. By foregrounding the product name, they make it much easier for customers, partners, and end users to recognise, choose, and recommend their hydrogen solutions.
The change also deliberately distances the public-facing brand from the corporate AFC Energy name, shifting perception from a technology developer to a trusted, product-led provider. H‑Power has the potential to become the name customers instinctively turn to when they need reliable hydrogen power.
From a commercial standpoint, positioning the business around a product brand supports scalable growth. It simplifies route-to-market strategies and helps drive more repeatable revenue.
I also suspect the S&P 500 partner may have influenced the name change, encouraging a standalone brand rather than one closely tied to the parent company. If so, this could accelerate market adoption and open up stronger co-marketing opportunities. On that basis, it’s plausible that any partnership announcement has been held back until after the rebrand.

I dont think it took the Bod over a month to file the change. I think it took companies house over a month to do the paperwork & checks.
I think it might be June before the great s& p 500 reveal.🙄
We were told soon after the webinar. Now the name is changed more likely an announcement will follow
The S@P 500 announcement is becoming a big problem with shareholders.
Almost a full year ago.
Also a company name change has (according to chatgpt)
Is this not news worthy.
Probably no response as usual.🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

Let the games begin
Let's all see !
Maybe they need to wheel Charles Archer out again!
Phase 2 with S & P company is not underway ....... as per brightfuture's post.
Garonne, you've been told what's happening with icl, the HY-5 Cracker when completed will be going to icl.
You have also been told that the contract with Komatsu to develop the large engine for their massive mining trucks is underway as we speak.
The name of the S & P Parttner will be released during phase 2 of the partnership, which is underway now.
You have also been given a timeline during the last presentation, when all these things come to fruition.
& Contrary to you're insults of CEO John wilson & what he has or hasn't done. You're statement is totally false.
He as done the following
1. Contract with Volex for rapid production uplift.
2. Contract with ICL securing Ammonia supply & offtake agreements with their customers for the Hydrogen produced.
3. Reduced the build costs of the lc30 fuel cells by 85% versus the previous model.
4. Tamgo contract for Ssudi Arabia & 16 other countries in the mena region.
5. The 200kw fuel cells coming on line once the first HY-5 are coming off the production line.
I could go on & on & what CEO John wilson as already achieved is excellent.
You have the Timeline published, so if you're a real share holder, either deal with it or go invest elsewhere.
My understanding, having attended the AfM was that the initial plan for 4’000 kg per day cracker had been abandoned as the s and p partner saw greater industrial opportunities with even larger crackers. I don’t think that any agreement had been reached at that time and I understood that JW believed that it would most likely be along the lines of a partnership. Clearly lots happening in the background and undoubtedly the potential is huge. Hydrogen economy will be a very large pie, even a small slice of it could make us wealthy. Good luck all but I share many investors impatience
If you believe that you'd believe anything! If the S&P partner is so enthusiastic as to increase their ambitions on working with AFC then why can't we be told who they are? It's all starting to take on that familiar BS smell! I really thought this guy Wilson would be different but apart from buying in PEM fuel cells to replace the AEM junk we had before, what has really changed? We're still sitting here completely in the dark on what's happening to progress all the rhetoric into actual orders and revenue. What's going on with ICL, the S&P partner, Komatsu etc.? We know not!
That 4500 'sell' is actually my Buy
Going down has sells.

Have had their foot on AFC throat for years. They should be forced to exit now so AFC can see their full potental.

John Wilson only took the reins in January 2025—and he’s wasted zero time. From no position to ~7 million shares (~0.62%), plus options pushing him north of 2%, this is serious, high-conviction buying. CEOs don’t load up like that unless they see real upside.
His fast-track appointment already hinted at urgency, and his actions since have backed that up. This isn’t about flipping the company—it’s about building something meaningful. AFC Energy is gaining real momentum with H-Power, pushing deeper into hydrogen and ammonia, right as the global energy shift accelerates.
And let’s be honest—the geopolitical backdrop is pouring fuel on that shift. Ongoing tensions in the Middle East are sharpening the focus on energy security, and hydrogen is moving from “future tech” to “strategic necessity” faster than many expected.
Now layer in growing commercial traction and the potential involvement of a heavyweight S&P 500 partner… and suddenly this starts to look like a company moving into a different league.
Wilson is all-in—and doing it early. That’s usually where the biggest upside sits.
I agree and I bought around 66k shares thus morning with a view of quadrupling my investment.
Folks, just let this sink in: John Wilson has only been on board as CEO since January 2025, yet in that short time, he has demonstrated a buying momentum rarely seen. Anyone who read the latest updates from March 2026 closely can see, in black and white, what "skin in the game" truly means: Wilson has ramped up his personal holdings from an absolute zero when he took office to a whopping 7,000,000 common shares today. (Give or take a few.) That amounts to a cool 0.62% of the entire company; and if you factor in his approximately 15,000,000 options, he holds a stake of over 2%.
The fact that a CEO is willing to commit such a massive amount of personal capital within such a short timeframe is, to me, the ultimate bullish signal. No one does that if they are merely waiting to dump the company at the first halfway decent offer that comes along. On the contrary, this aggressive position-building proves to me that Wilson is not pursuing a quick exit strategy; rather, he intends to create massive long-term value for us shareholders. Of course, he is no philanthropist—he naturally wants to make a handsome profit himself in the end—but as it happens, that is exactly what *we* want, too! His primary driving force is clearly the vision of transforming H-Power (AFC) into a major powerhouse within the hydrogen and ammonia sectors. He is positioning the company right at the very heart of the energy transition, and his personal commitment demonstrates his rock-solid conviction that we are currently standing at the very beginning of a massive growth story. Anyone who buys in with such determination knows exactly what trump cards they still have up their sleeve. As far as I’m concerned, the case is clear! Wilson lives and breathes H-Power, and his remark—that he has "never before led a company with such potential"—tells me everything I need to know. The short sellers can rant and rave until foam comes out of their mouths and noses—in the end, John Wilson will be proven right... and yes, all of this—along with H-Power's roadmap—makes me feel very optimistic.

What a complete tool Trotter congratulating himself from one username to another, you literally couldn’t make it up
Shine, we all know you are badger and state and Haggis etc etc cut all the BS out.
Statethefacts, well I must say after reading further into your link and post here today, I will have to say thank you. In fact it's not your post of the day, but it's your post of the month. What a fantastic link you posted. Please keep researching and posting here. Splendid job.
Good news for AFC, even if it might take a second look: ICL's extension of its deal with SEFE until 2029 is a major plus for our joint venture. After all, ICL is the home base for AFC's hydrogen production. If our partner secures its energy infrastructure for the next three years, it will give AFC precisely the peace of mind and planning certainty they need for the rollout starting in 2026. This clearly demonstrates the stable environment at ICL and their long-term planning – perfect for ramping up the cracker technology. The bottom line: A stable partner with a secure electricity and gas network is exactly the foundation needed for "Hydrogen-as-a-Service" at this location. Things are looking up!
Thank you for your research with this one. I just briefly researched SEFE UK energy and they have big plans for ammonia use as a fuel. ICL and SEFE have a great relationship together from this link, and ICL are partners of H-Power ( AFC energy). Great find. Your best one today I believe.
As will H-Power very soon.
Good luck everyone.
IS FLYING
Daz, i dint want it to retrace this much lol i noticed a 750K buy late on friday though and some chunky buys today so lets hope for some money piling in.
Ade last week you was saying you wanted the sp to retrace so it could go up again, well it has, and now you’re complaining 😂
For 30p this month. Now im just hoping it can hold above 14p THIS IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY UNLESS YOUR ON THE BOD THEN ITS A CASH COW.
