Garonne, assuming you went to the open day on the 5th March, maybe the undisclosed 'key player' wasn't fully up to speed on matters? Not only did Rendall tell myself and others on 16th April, outside the AGM venue, without any prompting, that the L30 cabinet would accept a 100kW stack but it was also then mentioned by Wilson in the presentation given inside the hotel, a short while later.

Just to back that up ( and not be accused of fabricating things), download the presentation and go to the bottom of page 14, where it clearly states under Differentiated product offering :

No need to Garonne when I see it with my own eyes and Rendall explained what was required in order for the 100kw stack to fit in the cabinet.

Garonne, no you are clueless when it comes to the LC30 generator !! I was next to the unit outside the Brooklands Hotel at the AGM when Mike Rendall showed us inside the the cabinet. I was surprised at just how much free space there was available in there and that's when we were told it was designed to accommodate at 100kw stack, with minimal changes. Having seen it with my own eyes I have no doubts about that.

The question I quoted you raising in my previous post was your first and verbatim, your second question, again verbatim was " So there's no financial commitment from them at this point in time ? ". You did raise a further question regarding the S&P company and what the trigger was for naming them.

The reality is there's a lot being said at these AGMs and having attended numerous ones over the years, including pre Bond, I soon realised trying to recall accurately things said at the time wasn't my forte. And that was even applicable to questions I had raised in the past ! Hence the need of smart phone to assist in that respect.

I get where you're coming from regarding the revenue figures but I don't have an answer to that. Maybe they weren't that significant and have been bundled in with something else? Sorry, who knows, maybe a question for the next IMC session.

Oh and by the way, you were sat up the front facing the board members Gerry Agnew, Monica Biddulph and Duncan Neale.

If indeed your were the person who raised the question........ " John, in respect of the nameless S&P partner, what development costs are being covered by them currently ? " , then you should remember John's reply included the line " we did a first phase of that as we announced, they covered the costs of all that ". He then went on to say they didn't kick off the second phase .... etc.etc. Now I don't mind admitting I am of state pension age and my memory isn't what it use to be but that's why I use the tech that just about everyone is carrying around in their pocket to remind me of exactly what was said !

Lots of marketing effort going on to create an awareness of our technology and stimulate demand. They're looking to onboard EU distributors to drive adoption. W4ttsy, there were two questions raised by the same gentleman iro of the S&P company:

1) Q ... what development costs are being covered by them currently.

A.... none as phase 2 didn't happen.

2) Q ..... is there no financial commitment from them at this point in time.

A....at this moment in time, until we kick off another phase of work that's something specific for them, then no.

LaryLL, there are no development costs to reimburse because phase 2 ( development stage) iro the 4T cracker didn't go ahead. This was confirmed in the last IMC presentation 3 months ago. Listen in from 10.50 mins to 14.17 for confirmation and the reasons why.

LaryLizard, it was stated by JW at the AGM that the S&P company covered H-Power's costs of the first phase plus a margin. The 2nd phase ( development) didn't get underway because the goal posts have changed and the commercial teams are now looking at larger crackers for industries located further away ports.

EarEyeAm, I too recall them not disclosing the whereabouts of the pilot plant back then but maybe they had security concerns with it being outside and of possible reactor theft ? Don't really have any answers to your questions but hopefully next month we will get to see some video footage of the cracker being demonstrated and that might shed some light on things.

EarEyeAm, pilot plant was built at Dunsfold according to JW in the IM video ( 22mins 42sec ).
