This Hanwha ETF appears to be holding 150M shares in AFC ! They weren't listed as holders mid 2023, so I find it strange that if this is correct then it didn't have any impact on the share price in the latter half of 2023 ?

Just out of curiosity I replaced afc with itm and cwr in the Barron's web address line and it was a similar scenario, the largest holder was again this same fund.

Klunk, I don't think we have had any further information regarding the Brett trials . However, having just read back through the RNS on the awarded grant, specifically paragraph 4, I do wonder if AFC can use some of that grant to partially or fully fund the new 30kw generators that will be provided to the JV company?

Garonne, whilst Bond didn't mention ABB in the interview, who else would they building a 200kw system for that will be running on their new liquid cooled fuel cell stacks ?

Since when have AFC been working on a 20kW generator ? 30kW yes....20kW no ! I think that says it all about the accuracy of that article.

GingerT, cash position at 30th June 2023 was £30.4m with a monthly cash burn of £1m+ a month. This was stated in the RNS dated 31st July 2023 - Interim Results .

I expect somewhere in the region of £33m at 30th April 23. That's based on £34.3m at 28th Feb ( annual report page 73 ) - plus £2m from ABB share purchase - less cash burn for March/April, say £3m.

Daz, I'm not expecting to see any of that £1.4m revenue be recognized until AFC deliver a 200kw unit to ABB. So certainly not in the awaited interim report, which AFC have until the end of July to present.

Right so you're saying you weren't challenged by the two women questioning everyone else attending that meeting ! Even if you are a VIP and in the industry, then you would still be aware of the company those two worked for ? What hardware did AFC Energy have on display at the event ?

So Ade, if you went to the AGM did you provide a letter of representation to the two women sat in the foyer registering shareholders attending that meeting and which company were they from ? ( they wore prominent badges displaying that info )

MelvinAFC, Extreme E/ Enowa are no longer using the AFC fuel cell. If you go to the link below, select the video DESERT X PRIX SHAKEDOWN and watch at 18.00 minutes in, you will see the unit being used for season 3 racing is clearly not the AFC L series item.

Gitfinger, Bullard only joined AFC mid April 2021, so surely £55k represents 6.5 months remuneration for the 2021 year. 12 mos would then equate to £100k i.e. that being now shown in the 2022 year report. Whether he deserves twice as much as Rennocks, now that's another question.
