Heath, you could be right regarding ammonia direct cells. In the recent interview with S & P Global the following was stated -
The ammonia still has to be cracked on site by a small 'cracker' unit, but Bond said: "watch this space, maybe we'll be able to get rid of that at some point."

Crocqman, I would say this related to the RNS dated 12th January 2021 regarding a block listing application. It mentioned the Company would update the market with the total voting rights when a share option exercise had occurred. Might be the option listed in the block for 150,000 shares, granted in April 2015 @ 41p, in which case it's good to see employees having the confidence to part with £60k.

Eddie/Crocqman, agree that Gridserve at Gt. Notley may not attract many local people but it is only a 5 minute drive from the A120 which serves Stansted / M11, so I expect it's targeting traffic that uses that route. Facility looks very good to me and with the pricing set at 24p/kWh, I think it could do well. We shall see.

I think the picture taken recently may well have been at Georg Fischer's factory in Coventry. They supply the pipework for the balance of plant and you can see some of their equipment in the background with the GF+ logo on it. I believe the KORE unit produced back in 2015 was also photographed there too.

This article in Autosport indicates racing is delayed until March because of global health crisis. Guess this will be confirmed next Tuesday at Extreme E's launch day and is probably the reason why AFC are not banging on about it.

Absolutely agree Chippy. Thing is this time last year we had been through a lengthy spell in the doldrums when that Pre - Close Operational update that Daz mentioned ( thanks) seemed to be a catalyst to good news flow and more importantly a decent sp increase. I'm sincerely hoping for a repeat performance this time as I've got my eye on a new ID3.

Am banking on an update by the end of next week. Last update/overview we had was in the Interim Results RNS dated 24th July and Rennocks did state at the 2018 AGM they would provide 4 updates per year. Would make sense to wait until after the EE launch takes place before issuing anything, as no doubt Covid 19 will have impacted the race season start date and AFC will be able to factor that in.

BM2, maybe I'm being to optimistic but for me a leading institution would be someone prepared to stump up more than £3.25m (equates to a 3% holding at 16p) ......we shall see.

BM2, you question ownership of 80 odd million shares but surely it's much more than that ? The overall fundraise resulted in a further 197.5m shares being issued. We know 9.375m relates to bid price ( open to anyone)and Schroders have increased their holding by circa 30m ( calculated from May TR1 RNS ), so that leaves some 158m issued shares unaccounted for. I would like to see at least a few more TR1 notifications be issued to account for that amount and support AB's statement that several leading institutions will be NEW to the Company's register .

Just reading through the resolutions of the proposed general meeting on the 17th July 2020. The first resolution is to approve the issue of a further 102.028m shares over and above the current authority the BOD has i.e. 95.472m. The second resolution is to give the BOD authority to issue a further 223m shares ( being 33% of the enlarged issued share capital )between the meeting and next years AGM. Would be nice to think that those extra shares are being made available for a strategic partner to come onboard.

14M shares will represent 2.9328% of the shares in issue, so we should get to see a holdings RNS shortly given that we are told it's an existing institutional shareholder.
