Daz, AGM presentation shows on page 19 that cash position at 31st March 2019 was £6.8M including £4M loan facility. So actual cash was £2.8M. Add to that a further £1M raised in June and then deduct £1.6M ( 400k x 4mos company expenditure) and that leaves £2.2M at end of this month.

Athansius, those shares were in lieu of a fee payment, so why not cash in half early to secure a 100k in your pocket and then see how it goes.

Notes, admission of those Thalion shares for trading on AIM was 17th April. The following day (18th) an after hours sell went through for 3,333,333 ( at 3p). One of the largest sells I've seen go through on AFC and too much of a coincidence not to be related. My feeling is Thalion have probably unloaded most of those shares now.

Couldn't get any online quotes on A J Bell's platform during that period either ...... strange ?

Mucksy, we've been advised there have been no draws on the Facility, so unless Thalion participated in the subscription issue, can't see how they can benefit at this stage.
The subscription issue was for 27,108,334 shares, so assuming Schroders involvement was for 14,333,333, that leaves a balance of 12,775,001 (which represents just over 3% of the shares in issue ).There has been no further holdings RNS so It can't be a single entity that has acquired those remaining shares. Maybe some of the HNW individuals in Thalion have taken a punt , who knows?
