Just to clarify …….De Nora SpA are NOT a listed company and the Blackstone stake was bought from some of the De Nora family .
De Nora India Limited, who we're NOT dealing with here, are a subsidiary company of the group ( 53% equity held by the group ).

Tommo88, AFC took on a new FD late last year who was previously CFO at Barloworld, Caterpillar's 2nd largest distributor of diesel generation worldwide. They also engaged two guys several months ago to work on upcoming sales, who I believe had links with Caterpillar too. We know AFC have signed a confidential agreement with an International Engineering Manufacturer and work commenced to assess "Ammonia to Power" off- grid platform..... maybe that is with Perkins ( a subsidiary of Caterpillar ), as they would fit that bill perfectly ?

Mucksy, Schroders sold a piddly ( in their terms) 500k shares on the 15th November (to drop just below the 11% threshold), which then gave them further opportunity to sell up to 4.2M shares without having to declare anything to the market. I think that was the plan but unfortunately it backfired somewhat, as unbeknown to them/us Adam decided to allow a small fund raise at the same time ! That of course lead to the total shares in issue increasing, the result being the Schroders sale then breached the 10% threshold and them having to declare it.
I am with you though in thinking it could have been Thalion who were the overseas institution involved in the fund raise. Adam did state at the AGM that they took half a million of equity previously and yes, sold and made a 40 % profit. Maybe Thalion got fed waiting for Adam to call for a draw on the facility and made him an offer when they saw all the recent share activity? Guess we won't find out but maybe worth an ask on the demo day if it was them.

As mentioned if there hadn't of been an equity raise last week they wouldn't have had to notify !
Can't blame them for taking some money off the table as they have been invested since 14th Feb 2017 and been under for most of that time.

This article talks about using alkaline exchange membranes to synthesize Ammonia without excessive heat and pressures, so potentially greener than using the Haber-Bosch process. Maybe AlkaMem can play a part in that ?

FCI, they bought an extra 2m on the 11th circa 9p and sold 500k last Friday around 16p. Maybe the trader responsible is just sorting out his Xmas bonus !

Yes we were told back in June that the national roadshow was due to start in Q4, launched with a customer day hosted by Rolec. Would expect AFC to confirm a date for that shortly.

Maybe employees in De Nora's German plant, where our electrodes are to be manufactured, having a punt because they can see the potential ?

FCI, just thinking about the Open Day again, AFC must be fairly confident that shareholders will be placated by then, as the last thing you would want is for disgruntled shareholders to be mixing with your customers !
Another point re Monday's update, it stated ' Further details pertaining to the Company's HPD alkaline fuel cell will shortly follow. ' So hopefully something good cooking there ??
Basically we need AFC to issue news on a weekly basis now ( maybe throw a curved ball ), get some momentum going and the share price back into double figures. GLA

Daz, suspect it wasn't revenue or AFC would have made some noise about it but we are due the interim results within the next 8 days, so hopefully that may enlighten us. AB mentioned at the AGM that monthly cash burn was between 350 to 400k, I based my earlier calcs on the latter figure, rightly or wrongly but you would now expect with the announcement of the EV demo in 4Q, our spend will be on the higher side in preparation for that.
