Not good enough for you RJ. What you want to hear is an impossible task, yes ? Your Messiah's slowly but surely falling on content. Why's is that ?
A "formidable task" ?
That's an understatement !

Highlights of the week
" I understand that the first pipes for the Ugandan/ Tanzania oil pipeline have arrived, Better get a move on going to need gas to heat it." 1. Baramara
Solar Energy produces electricity which produces the heat for this oil pipeline. Natural gas is not required. Did they change their Solar energy agenda?
" at least 8TCF which was estimated by ARA as GIIP on the 2D seismic. Not sure how the gas can disappear. It's been drilled and proven to 3TCF. " 1. PageofCups
There is not even one cubic foot of 1P gas reserves.

Professor RoJo: re: your remedial class
Did you graduate this chap? You need to restart your remedial class. The level of knowledge needs to be elevated.
Teach them the difference between reserve and resource.
Teach them how useless 2D is ... nothing more than a model driven cartoon with many flaws in it in terms of reservoir disposition, updip, lateral and seat seal issues, sufficient charge focus, etc, etc.
Ask them how the 'Competent Person' of the 2018 CPR suddenly became 'Incompetent'?
Teach them about 1P, 2C, 3C etc and the meaning of the term "contingent". Also, make sure they know that 'Contingent' isn't worth a wooden nickel.
Teach them that revenue and profit are not the same. Yes, you have a student that thinks revenue is equivalent to profit.
Teach them how to read a balance sheet. Fundamentals do matter.
Teach them the danger of 'negative working capital'. They need to understand that If you can't pay the bills, you are in deep, deep trouble.
Teach them the difference entre 'reactive' and 'proactive'.
Teach them the danger as a non-operator... no say, no sway, no control over anything.
Did your beloved Tanzania pass this course? Also, sign up the "silly list" author .. the same jollyboy ramper of Helium One at > 9p.
Good luck with this formidable task.

re: Helium One
" The term 'implosion' seems the most appropriate term as it applies to Helium-1. For anyone capable of reading a balance sheet, the writing has been on the wall for quite some time. This is what happens when you run out of funds. Aminex is getting damn close to that same day of reckoning." 1. prosciutto Dec 20, 2023.
The capital raise for Helium One was large as was the share price drop.... a 70% drop the very next day after my "implosion" warning. What similarities can you detect here?
============
This is a tough business environment in which to raise some cash. This doesn't bode well for Aminex. Any capital raise for Aminex may have to be at a lower price than anticipated. Perhaps, 2 billion shares at 0.5p will suffice.
Lesson: Do NOT neglect the balance sheet.
" A little neglect may breed great mischief ..... for the want of a nail, the shoe was lost: for the want of a shoe, the horse was lost: and for the want of a horse, the rider was lost.
"A most satisfactory performance today as we avoided falling any further".
RJ rowing back or his usual sardonic stuff ?
A most satisfactory performance today as we avoided falling any further.
Looking forward to prosciutto's latest thoughts tomorrow...
An invention of hope by our weirdest of weirdest of shareholders.....
Authorities already knows there's a shedload of gas at Ntorya. Unless it's gone up to 20TCF or something ridiculous, then they will have done the assumptions on at least 8TCF which was estimated by ARA as GIIP on the 2D seismic. Not sure how the gas can disappear. It's been drilled and proven to 3TCF. Next year is going to be fantastic for AEX, especially as the sp is so low.
What about seismic downgrades ?
Should they release them ?
Which is exactly why I have been hoping they don't release seismic upgrades until the licence is in the bag....
Totally agree.
That was a s**t quarter for ‘shareholder value enhancement’, something Santos alleges is one of his aims. I can’t wait to see the spin he puts on the next quarterly ops report to account for the last three months of radio silence - build up expectations and deliver fokol.
Maybe he pulls a rabbit out of the hat and buries the bad news on NYE, don’t think that’s his style but then again, was prepared to give him plenty of slack on other issues.
No doubt ARA have him on a petty tight leash in terms of what can be released to shareholders, and the leash seems tighter than ever. My biggest concern is the size of the resource , as highlighted by the 3D survey, has caused the government to reboot the whole negotiation process. And for those who claim that can’t possibly happen, nah, TIA..
Merry Christmas All. 2024 is going to be our year ;-)
Bingo tonight Tanz ?
And as I recall RJ you have been extremely confident AEX would be bust by now, yes ?
After all you've had great support from your messiah but your dreams just won't turn into reality.
How much time have you wasted on your lost cause ?
ah yes maybe, lol, though i did find a load of ****les just the other day, down at starcross, they looked like little gems on the beach and tasted yummy yummy. yes and you too, have a great christmas rojo
As I recall, you were feeling extremely confident at the start of 2013 (and 2014) BG !
Anyway, a merry Christmas to you - maybe you'll find a gold doubloon when searching the Devon rockpools ?
Yes, I'm feeling extremely confident, just like I was at the start of 2023. Yes this year Rodney 😃😅
Merry Christmas one and all
Hoping 2024 finally brings good news.
Another tick for the need and huge demand for gas in Tanz.
https://dailynews.co.tz/rising-demand-for-green-energy-boon-for-economy/
An example of what happens if you don't do your job. The whole board at TANESCO has been dissolved due to power outages. Maybe they need some gas to generate electricity.
https://dailynews.co.tz/ccm-irked-by-power-outages/
Probably got the Minister and the AG asking what a cubic feet of gas is.. amongst all the other daft questions.
Trouble the Ministers have is if they are in some way obstructive then they risk losing investment. Therefore the country will stay as is and the Tanzanian voters get fed up and vote in a different government that can deliver. Sure the AG and Ministers can ask questions..but what expertise would they have when it comes to commercial agreements other than the legalities or the outcome..none I would say, hence the experts who have done the negotiating make the recommendation.
again, agreed means nothing. the government bodies, attorney general or cabinet of ministers, will have the time to read and pick up on missed items or ask queries, it's their job. do you think they're going to just sign something, put their name to it willy nilly. i certainly don't in my position. if i had to sign something off as high profile as that you're damn straight i'm reading it. and as you said, it's tanzania, if you f@*k, you're out on yer ****!
my opinion is the cpr was requested by government/tpdc prior to any sign off irrespective of what was "agreed"
How old are you PoC ?
It would be career limiting for any Minister or AG to not carry out the policies of the government. Pretty simple.
