Sorry it's the incentive plan.
The last RNS it's a call option bought by Cronin? I'm wrong? that is like a buy right?
That could be a bit bullish...after the AK it's depressed this stock.
I dont think you need to be remotely adventurous to see the gains and value in adriatic.
"(Sharecast News) - The Financial Mail on Sunday's Midas column called attention to silver producer Adriatic Metals, arguing that its shares may "prove rewarding for the adventurous punter".
Its boss, Paul Cronin, had managed to take the miner, which was based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, from the exploration phase through to production in only seven years.
Cronin was also looking at a potential second mine in Serbia, as well as elsewhere on the Continent, that could help Europe cut its reliance on Chinese and Russian commodities.
Annual demand for silver meanwhile had grown by around 200m ounces since 2014, the second-highest figure ever, but supply was about unchanged."
Lovely tip in today's Mail on Sunday

Nice to see our commods improving hopefully next leg up
The second RNS is all positive.... doing well against all metrics of bringing the full production online
One would expect that to be the last raise though.
$50 million raised at a 5% discount, meh!

Silver constitutes a fair proportion of ADT1s asset. The outlook for silver as an industrial metal is forecast to grow rapidly next few years and fascinating to see why. Apart from the usual green projects especially solar there is even 500 ozs silver in certain missiles which, if used, is irrecoverable. On a pleasanter note smartphone silver content is too expensive to recover so again gets lost.
No, can’t disagree. Sold ADT1 after Rick Rule pumped and Sprott and probably he dumped (took massive profits). Then bought it again a couple of months ago.
Silver could 10x, in next five years, but could double quickly, ADT1 can 5x, Alien Metals could 50x.
Prefer diversification of SILG.L, as holds 25% royalty and streamer Wheaton Precious Metals WPM, and all the best Silver Producers, they can buy after hours, save me being ripped off with FX and international spreads, and save me going in on one jurisdiction. I may lose a little bit of beta for a better risk reward.
Then add a moon shot explorer like Alien Metals UFO.L, with highest grade Silver mine in tier 1 Australia, shut down after a year due of production due to a fall to $5 Silver.
2nd best Silver drill intersection globally in the last 4 years 83,000 g/tm, near surface nuggets, and the deposit source yet to be located. In an explorer that is 7 months from Cashflow on its Iron Ore tenements, and will be able to fund development with or without a JV.
Check out pictures at the bottom of the link.

Really hope ADT1 does well, know Rick Rule loves it and having been in and out of it since 2019, hope the company gets the valuation it deserves.
I think ADT1 is under valued.
Goldman Sachs sniffing around.
Some geo political risk in the Balkans.
Long term hold imo.
Looking at my analysis , and at these prices or even higher, this year we have a 8.5 month mine payback, so as we started in feb lets say end of year for payback. Next year, with massively increased tonneage, it will be on a PE of roughly 1 ?

30 is key for silver. .
I'm new to this share but pullbacks dont seem to be its thing, seems to drift back a few pence then rally in the close.
a very very stable share with virtually no volatility. lets hope silver can break $30 then will get very interesting
Where's the damn pull back on this? Id like to top up.
Yes, breaking out....
Maybe a takeover target since there is huge global demand for silver (for solar panels)?
This share totally belies the theory (not sure there is one) that the more chat the better the and more popular the comapny
extremely pleased with my starting position here

Silver price above $28/oz provides for £1 billion market value target.
Adriatic's world class, tier 1 asset Vares Project will produce silver, zinc, lead, copper, and antimony for 18+ years in the lowest cost quartile of silver producers globally, without the inherent risk of South American politics (FRES, HOC).
First production of silver-lead & zinc concentrates happened in February this year with first ore mined in July 2023 and offtake agreements in place with Boliden, Trafigura, Glencore and Transamine. The company's latest presentation highlights the shortfall in silver demand just around the corner and the protectionist stance the EU is taking with regards mines and company demand inside the bloc.

Silver, and gold pulling back. Over bought, this should pull back to, I can see the automated sells have started.
It appreciate if this would have a pull back so I can top up.
Responding nicely to the move in silver / gold …… hopefully the non-farms kick prices up not down …. In some ways a big day
Rock solid buy.

Dividend? Unlikely for a couple of years imo. Pay down some of the debt, borrowings and liabilities first.
hopefully not to soon - i'm still building a bigger position in this european gem.
has anyone done any *** pack calculations on dividends expected say after year 1?
"The Company will now focus on plant optimisation and ramp up to consistent production and is scheduled to reach nameplate capacity of 800,000 tonnes per annum in Q4 2024."
I wonder how many ounces of silver, lead and zinc that will produce? Enough hopefully to push the sp higher?

Should come in march and we should see some price action. Then on to nameplate. Things could look quite different in the coming months.

New RNS Today:
"Contained ore reserve tonnes have increased by 89% since the previous Ore Reserve estimate stated as at July 2021."
Still 3-4 weeks away at least till pouring.
Interesting, up on ASX and LSE yet no RNS.
Are they about to smelt ore and pour some silver/gold etc?
News was expected in Q1 so maybe sooner than later?
Check out the action on this stock on the ASX today. +13% and huge volume at the close. About 2m shares in the closing auction

Hopefully not anytime soon!! We still have lots of exploration to do and to increase the resource at Rupice again.
We have first mover advantage and show cash cow going forward. We just need the silver price to move up which it always does but there is a lag usually between gold/silver prices. Silver goes up typically much later based on past precedent.
With Helikon having 18%
T Rowe Price 11% and
GS 3.4%
How long before we see the first bid...?
Production 24th Jan according to local media (probably hard to keep a secret there!)

Most recent BELLEVUE GOLD - BGL on ASX. The 1 year chart is a classic ( although gold sector sold down the last few days ). Now it is the phase of production commencing and reaching nameplate ( production commenced November). Most of these type of stocks have exploration upside and nameplate confirmation gives another leg up.
Because the whole sector has been staved of capital there are few ‘developers to producers’ at the moment
Looks like the LSE and ASX price is exactly aligned. Now it’s a waiting game until we get news on first production. Hopefully a sustainable rise until nameplate confirmation early Q2.
This has real potential to be a star performer. Most of my best investments have been the 6 months before production, and I’m still holding most of them at multiples (ASX developers turned producers)

Market response somewhat underwhelming! Barely 5%?
May the suppressed prices long continue, I discovered this gem of late, and adding constantly past few months.
'24 should be a golden year. It is on track to become a big name for investors.

A good post on HotCopper comparing ADT with BGL who have just gone into gold production
I am notsure what made me do the comparison below but the more I looked at BGL and ADTthe greater the similarities, but they have very different valuations as decidedby the share market. ADT and BGL have a lot in common including financials, characteristicsof mine and risks with some differences (e.g. different metals).
Thecomparison below looks at ADT’s valuation from a different perspective but Iarrive at the same conclusion ie ADT is very undervalued and has potential upsideof upwards of 3 times current share price and potentially more.
The comparisonbelow is based on publicly available information and in particular ADT’s DFS fromAugust 2021 and BGL’s FS from September 2021 and updated FS in June 2022. Some informationwas not included in the last BGL FS (e.g. NPV etc) but I have been able to drawcomparisons using the September 2021 FS.
I have adjustedthe figures in the FSs for the latest metal prices which for ADT reduce revenueby 7% and increase them about 20% for BGL. I have not allowed for hedging whichwill probably make little difference to ADT but will reduce BGLs cash flowbased on current metal prices (have not checked what hedging each has in placeif CC any).
Thesimilarities, both:
- underground mines
- high grade resources
- very high margins with ASIC about one-third ofrevenue (using latest metal prices)
- have a 10-year mine life
- have excellent prospects to significantly expand resources
- will be in production at a similar time with BGL a few months further progressedthan ADT (maybe about 3 months)
- are exposed to similar risks regarding future operational costs, minedmetal grades, metal prices and commissioning issues
- Total net cash flow after tax over the 10-yearmine life is very similar and an NPV which looks similar in size (see detailsbelow)
- ADT payback period is about 7 months while BGL is about 1 year
Differencesinclude:
- ADT has nearly doubled resources since DFS andwill probably double mine life (but not included in metrics allowed for inmetrics below)
- country risk with Bosnia not known for mining vs WA best in world
- different metals but ADT has about half revenue from precious metals sonot as big a difference as one may think.
- ADT has an additional project in Serbia whichbased on CEO comments it should add significant value to ADT in time (haveassumed $0 value to ADT) whereas BGL has no other project (ADT looking forother add on other projects as well)
- ADT is exposed to primarily 4 metals (Ag, AU, Zn and Pb plus 2 verysmall amounts for Cu and Sb) with about 50% exposure to precious metals (Ag andU so the difference to BGL is not as big as one thinks)
- One could argue ADT has a lower exposure to metal prices as ADT has 4primary metals, but BGL is exposed to just one and so should have predictablerevenue and profit
- ADT capital cost was about $A100m less than BGL
- ADT may ha
Zzzzzzz share holder has sold a slice.

Not sure, I had taken my eye off this company as I was confident it would be pouring metal this year and not 2024! Wrong on that count and clearly some news leakage and folks shorting or stop lossing. Might buy once an RNS appears admitting to their latest eff up and delay in smelting.
The mm fixers will know. I have just swallowed the loss and sold. Too much inside information is traded amongst our respectable traders. European money men and corrupt politicians trying to stifle Bosnian commerce under the moral outrage of environmental impact!!!!
Fricken free fall since the past week. Wonder if another delay is inbound.
It was already delayed but just into the new year. Don't know any other gossip sorry. Their projected cash position at startup was also very healthy.
Wouldn't like to speculate without more info
This stock was under my Radar what is the cause of the Share price drop it seemed like a good company starting up production soon... is it due to the market price of zinc that is going to b produced or from the delay in start up or both?
