the A team are gold and silver, the others are good but there are 200 better mining stocks than this and it doesnt matter how good the resource is if it stays in the ground

year in year out its the same old, at this rate the tin boom will be completely missed

Quick question for the more informed on here.

i'm looking to invest, grades are great and ridiculous mkt cap, does anyone know on here what type of operation any of the 4 sites is likely to be ? Pepas looks to be open pit due to grades starting from the surface, any views on each site ?

if you ever watch any mining investor on commodities, the number 1 criteria is management

we would be 5-6p without i would say

Tin is at a fairly high level, not all time high (think that was 55k ish on a spike) so either very few tin miners make money or we just dont have the right set up

silver is similar, high, but not all time, and yet people have massive interest in silver and silver miners who ARE making great money

the other maybe slight issue is selling it back to your dealer

gold is really the key, it lifts all other metals to a point and that can only really go one way UNLESS govts start to get really sensible with great policies and reduce their debt substantially which we know they either wont or cannot

Well would rather not pay for someone else to hold my stuff, extra counterparty risk that you dont need and that is the whole point of holding physical

I sympathise on the buying physical metals, wanted to buy and was quoated locally £31 for a silver brittania and paused and then of course the silver price got away from me, knew it was going but never thought it would escape this fast.

there are the other problems of getting verified genuine coins and bars, there are tests etc but few will buy gold and plat because of the price, so silver is the way, and luckily i have quite a few silver stocks that give you fierce torque

but it does remain a problem if you dont want ANY counterparty risk

platinum could be even better than silver, i never totally buy into the fixed historic ratios of platinum - gold at 2 -1, but it will go much higher than this i expect. The old fixed historic ratio is not set in stone a universal law and things do change but should get closer

The whole thing is just all too slow, commodities are moving other shares by huge amounts but we have to wait a year at a time for just va marginal increase in production and of course no share price movement.

he is probably looking at the dead weight loss of his shares which he knows damn well he could double in 12 months on any of gold, silver, platinum, uranium, the list is quite long
