Doggie, there are two issues: first, you are a bit thick and second, you don't understand much. I have told you about MAR and market manipulation but it hasn't penetrated.
Anyway on good news, it seems I have misjudged you. Here I was thinking you were just cynically trying to manipulate the price to get a better buy in but all along you were doing it for the grater good.
The good news is that the pope is a mate; I will have a word about him recognising you as a modern saint.

AImdogs - Stephen Paul Lundy of Bespoke Capital Solutions who posts under the name Helpful is doing this company absolutely no favours.
Perhaps if enough posters reccomend this post the company insiders who may look in occasionally might do something ? Probably not but worth a try ?
I would relish being proved wrong about the up and coming placing but helpfuls unwillingness to even touch on the subject and debate it reasonably without a veiled threat about market manipulation tells me all I need to know. Imo.
Talkinto. I don't post those facts gleaned from the RRR RNS's about dilution to rub it into the noses of long term holders. I do it l to offset the garbage that the board 🤡 posts. I feel for suffering holders here and wonder how many of them were duped into buying by misleading twitter lies and the promises of multi million valued assets that the 🤡 posts? 2 years following the 🤡 and they are 90+% down but as Banburyboy rightly says, the 🤡 is a liability and damages RRR even more the Bell manages to do. I can only conclude from this that Bell and the 🤡 are both peas out of the same pod. Imo.
They only have 700m of headroom authority to issue.
166m of those are parked for the first 250k of POW consideration at O.15p a shot. At that issue price POW will be sat on a paper loss of nearly 200k !! No wonder we have heard nothing further on the deal! Again it reeks of incompetence.
The remaining 500m at 0.035p less costs is £170,000 tops.
This is death spiral territory and he needs a result really soon.

Maidit - not every dog (share) has its day...some dogs simply just get put to sleep to end the suffering and let the owners (shareholders) grieve their loss.
Thanks for that link CF'' and indeed'' not too long now.. bit quiet round here THO'' with only one 58p trade so far Whoooo and apart from the trolls who is known to start bashing early there is really nothing to see'' but i suppose every dog will have it's day while the owners are asleep LOL!!
we will leave it at that...
At least its not in Escrow in a Cyoriot bank lol 😆
Lithium - Helpful wow
We have 200 tonnes be nice to sell it even at a loss to avoid the next fund raise. But I suspect you know about the 200 tonnes. When Bell let the cat out the bag itvwas actually in Harare, you said he was being imprecise. Good to know more.

To be fair Helpful, I actually bore myself with some of my posts!
As News rightly says, there is little to discuss at the moment so I’ll try and keep away till we get something else to argue over....
Blueboy, yawn!
helpful, no one except you and maidit post about gold prices. and you two only when it goes up. it has no relevance to rrr, clearly, as we are in decline whilst gold has been on a steady upwards trajectory for some time now. as per lithium when it rose, we had none and still don’t. penny to a pound, and i have visions of bell panhandling in bf, if he ever finds a nugget, gold price will be around $1500 and he will saying it’s not worth mining. the man is constantly behind the curve for someone with, supposedly, so much experience. paid damn well for being **** so he’s clearly not all daft.
Gold is only down today because the DOW is down 600points and as i said the other day gold is starting to track buyers and sellers on the US market so sometime it will be wavy'' but will go back up just as quick'' and cannot be stop from hitting new high as the shiny metal get harder and harder to source, and in time will no doubt become strategic for Africa / OZZ and other country that's got some in the ground WATCH AND LEARN''
bright and early again no doubt for none holders, when real investors are asleep LOL!!
Helpful agreed for once you are right. The gold price is not relevant to RRR and not one post today on it as you and Maidit have stayed at home.

Maidit it's called a proper conversation.
The absence of you news and to a degree helpful means relevant posts. Not commodity prices / neighbours and macro economic theories.
7 trades today 22 post'' 17 of those post is from none holders trolls ? no let up''
anyway in other news the Market is down all round and across the pond, unless you have shares in NVIDA ? that stock put $233bill on it's MC today ? THATS BIG'' gold drop back $40 at 1 point, and RRR is stable with still all to play for..
will look in again tomorrow''
ATB
Well it's always possible to moderate one's spending habits, re-prioritorise, save more for something else in relation to personal circumstance and liquidity.
For those who can afford loads of hospitality, they will have more scope to choose whether it was worth averaging down or how they want to prioritise.
Think that'll do for snacks and meals, though still reasonably positive overall.
Cheers...
Blimey Nike - hopefully 'following' doesn't mean invested for all that time... You'd need a 1000% increase just to break even or likely a 1,500% increase after the next round of dilution.
The decline in shareholder value over that period is simply eye watering but that's AIM for you.
Banbury, I've already answered your question and have been following this company for about two and a half years which was why it was easy to find yesterday's interview as the range comment was like an echo of a memory.
Regarding leadership of the company, I respect their potential to see things through - that is for voters to decide. In my time following this company, last year was the tough one, before not too bad, hopefully this one starts a recovery.
Cheers...

I think it is a number of things
1-litigation -it took years to get legal right to renew the license
2-Covid-after being able to renew the license, getting renewed momentum then COVID hit
3-license renewal, elections etc- Kenya has a 2 year license period which is really short since it takes about 3-6 just to get a renewal, longer if elections are or will take place within this time frame. The net effect is about a 1 year exploration period
4- divided management attention with RRR getting involved with other projects
5-lack of funding to pay for meaningful exploration to actually increase the number of gold ounces. for example spending $100,000 does not meaningful impact Kenya but it pays for getting a license somewhere else. That activity (or busy work) allows RRR to raise funds to continue to pay for overhead (AB salary, listing , audits, legal etc)
Hi Robins
In the accounts we have to pay $1m to progress the licence its been there for years. The zccounts mentioned we would pay it from DRC proceeds.
Can't remember a day like this for months no News no maidit hardly any helpful and no commodity price links.
Perhaps they finally have RRR fatigue ?
Seem to recall Helpful saying we had a partner once for Kenya all set up but did not happen due to license or covid? May be wrong.
Been trying for fourteen years Speculative.
I've allways concluded relative to the zillions of other prospects it doesn't rank highly.
I know where RRR is concerned my glass is half empty but I had thought ( like news) the Australian prospect was the most viable.
The POW deal I thought was driven by Lenigas and I wondered if it would drive an IPO. Pretty surprised no update on that and wondered if it was RRR SP as the consideration was mostly shares.
The Kenya tailings should be profitable and the CAPEX should be low (under $5 million)-so why cant RRR find a partner?

Cant be a million miles away. Washplant appears to have gone walkabout with the Lithium? If only someone had had the foresight to sign a contract. DRC has been dormant for a few months so maybe an in person visit from Bell....again.... I mean a mutiny has been thwarted in the DRC so apparently the next thing on their 'to do' list was to sort the RRR legal claim out. And as Andrew said, he only has to say one word to them and its all done... 🤡 to the left, 🤡 to the right.

Given you are obviously the new expert, what counts as "meaningful gold"?
If you have a look on the RRR website you will see the most recent presentation. In that presentation it is modelling 5/6 tph per plant and up to 16 wash plants. Of course, your intervention is bang on the money and highly relevant. You have successfully pointed out why RRR is not going down the route you identified, correctly, as infeasible.
DYOR
Thanks oldnbald.
Most on here have a healthy degree of skepticism, we have an outlandish ramper who is suggesting " meaningful" watered down from "substantial" revenue in June 24.
Looking forward to his response to you :)
'The first gold wash plant is expected to arrive by air within a few days and will start operation.'
If you've ever watched Gold Rush on Discovery you will know the sheer size and weight of a high yardage washplant. They are massive and weigh tons.
So - either the flown out wash plant is a small sampler plant that will produce no really meaningful gold or....... you decide.
As an example - this plant does 200-330 Yards per hour ( a decent amount for a high volume alluvial mine, and weighs 70,000 lbs, that is not going on a plane in a hurry. https://maconindustries.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Macon_SD500_SpecSheet-Web.pdf
This toddler would, maybe, fit on a plane at a massive cost but it's only 40 tons per hour (so about 40 yards of dirt) - https://www.msi-mining.com/tv2.html
Or this one at 20 tons https://kumho26.com/small-gold-wash-plant-gds103e/
They do come much smaller also - https://hecklerfabrication.com/trommel-wash-plants-mini/mini-tommel-wash-plant/
See the RNS on 27th Feb - 'Red Rock and Riverstone will implement a test programme processing alluvial material from different parts of the license, on a scale sufficient to establish gold grade, including high grade zones. Red Rock will operate initially on a trial basis, but expects to initiate the process of permitting for bulk production and processing. Initial activities will be those permitted by the exploration license.'
So - this is not meaningful gold guys, don't get your knickers in a twist - its a sampler wash plant.

So timeline is
5th April - wash plant in a few days
29th April.grand plan revealed with regular updates promised.
Helpful under pressure about his ridiculous numbers let the cat out the bag re mechanised production needing a licence and mentioned November.
The questions are then
- what is semi mechanical production?
- what are the terms of the MOU and RRR profit share
- why no progress reports or even tweets from Bell after six days.
As I have said previously with a company that tends towards hyperbole [ gold gold every fkin where from our geologist, flying in wash plant in days etc] the silence is really worrying.
Particularly with no asset sales in sight, and a cash shortage and a placing at a new record low in the background. All IMO and DYOR

Morning Duke.
Problem is trust after 200 tonnes, imminent DRC, Greenland, five Chinese buyers, faso wash plant flown out after 5th April will it be beleived ?
RRR is the only company I know of that could announce an asset sale and then have to face detailed questions and queries to evidence it as true particularly if a Reach RNS.
Andrew really has himself to blame for that.
Gold crashed through the so called 2400 support !
Still think there’s gonna be a big attempt at a massive pump here soon ! Company has to be very low on cash now, especially with unbelievable interest it is paying in its massive debt ! If things don’t change they stay the same !
Starting the morning on a plus.
Nike in terms of engagement your posts are beautifully crafted, polite respectful , thoughtful yet succinctly get your point across.

Specinvestor99, I guess it comes down to how the contexts of comments are put and in relation to this forum it is for people to express opinion and thinking...
Regarding the three year old article, that was a good spot as I hadn't noticed the date but I don't think it matters as it was later on within a thread and was to back up some other points, it was from a strong commentator and the poster couldn't change when the remarks were said or the article was written.
I appreciate your greater knowledge regarding Canada regulations and imagine you will have a natural interest in mining companies.
I am a natural owl but do have to go now.
Cheers...
NikeAir180 In Canada this would be a securities violation and the regulators would force the company to retract the statement and issue a news release. If the company had prior violations or future violation then the regulators could for the offending person to resign and possible restrict them from serving as an officer or director a pubic company for 1 to 5 years.
Fair point Maidit, I also noted RRR'S % ownership of the asset has increased sincec 2014 and there is more drilling to be done - which would require capital but could increase resource...
SpecInvestor99, a range bound comment wasn't too specific, unverifiable if it just refers to conversation but that interview is consistent with that type of conversation. We are allowed to generalise here but generalisations are just that and I expand generalisation in this context to include the thoughtful but non-specific.
Banbury, I am well recovered thank you - hope this company makes a good recovery as well...
HP'' £1200 an ounce 2014 so that project would be worth £200m in revenue for RRR at todays prices ? just goes to show how quickly a small MC such as ours can grow if things start to fall in place'' with Gold where it is now''
interesting
Wow he is desperate - Posting links from 2014 ! Before his time, sadly not before mine ! I’m still Terry sure RRR built a school etc to try and get in with locals and still didn’t extract and ounce of gold ! I remember Andrew Bell done an investors call and was bigging up the project big time, then when asked for investors questions the head of mid migori mines spoke up and said all of what Andrew said was news to him, and they were the partners on the ground - It was comedy gold ! I can’t quite remember the exact words that were said but it was along the lines of the above 😂😂😂

ALR 1-5m tonnes of pruction
FASO - 1200 tonnes per hour throughput, 5,000 ounces to RRR soon and costs $300 to $450 an ounce.

40 million sell at 0.42 - New low and in my opinion a place desperate to get out before the next placing
Red again, will we see any more placees try and get out and forever lower prices ! Think some one mentioned next placing at 0.2 - 0.3 ! They struggle to get it away at 0.02 -0.03 the way things are going, especially if come clean on BF delays - But obviously just my opinion !
Due Diligence due 19th April and completion 13 weeks from 8th March.
Feels like it's hit the buffers.
I thought Leni might push this over the line, but he's got RRR by the short znd curlies so might strike a hard bargain !
I wonder what it would take for Maidit to see this objectively.

Playtime I totally agree with your 20.51pm post last night. I too am 99.5% down on my investment and I also blame myself for believing in AB. I used to wonder whether AB was just unlucky but time tells us he is incapable of completing a good deal for shareholders. Whatever happens here my money is lost and will never return. What annoys me is that AB has been allowed to claim a good salary plus bonuses, free shares etc. whilst in charge. He should have been thrown out years ago. I do not think any replacement could have fared worse. Truly shocking.
Yes Playtime the charts don't lie nor do the broker accounts long suffering holders hold RRR shares in.
I think after the abject failure of DRC, Lithium and the promised asset sale FASO truly is the last throw of the dice.
On the plus side Andrew seems to have convinced Sam and Riverstone to fund this.
The absolute unknown is at what price ? Terms of MoU and RRR residual holding in Greenstones [ Faso company] .
I really can't see anything else on the horizon ( I hope I am wrong) but if FASO drifts until say September, who keeps the lights on ?
Definitely squeaky bum time. Like you hope I'm wrong and as Maidit say production in eight days.
Thank Banbury, you take the wins with the loses if investing over many years, some come good and a few don't, but the sad thing is the amount of opportunities missed as capital gets tied up. Totally my fault, as I believed AB. I actually thought, nicely spoken chap, seems he would be a good custodian of my cash and invest it wisely. How badly mistaken I was. The real issue here and everything I ever write here is in my opinion ofcourse, (others may think completely differently) is the shear lack of regard for shareholders. I can’t remember the exact salary but I think AB was taking something in the region of £280k. I don't mind high salaries but when directors are adding value. Anyone can look at the 10 year chart and it says it all. Then look at a 10 year chart of a decently run company - the exact reverse. Not one thing I can remember being successful that was the result of the directors (not even Jupiter - as that was ex BHP.) That is awful. Para deal was awful, as for some people touting 1.2m oz in Kenya, that’s blatantly incorrect. I think AB is coming to retirement age, has put enough in the coffers and therefore maybe one last pump and goodbye RRR. They need a miracle. Of course I hope one comes.
There's balance and balance Nike.
Playtime 99.5% value destruction and 160 fund raises say successes are very much the exception and incredibly isolated. When we have a success it's oftern an own goal so the Limon deal had three years of legal wranglings.
Anyway short term success for RRR will be no fund raise and FASO production in June. Let's see how they do.
POW update in June will be interesting is it abandoned and CLN renewal in July 24.
All these and dare I say the trust issue of the mercurial 200 tonnes are what matter. All this neighbours and gold price stuff is oK if you are Newcrest but when you are RRR of interest but pretty incidental. Time will tell.
Thing is Banbury, it might feel like "15 years of abject failure" but clearly it is not. Both News and I have given different examples of upside / success in that time whether by working a creditable source or using historical evidence.
I'll agree the comparatively very good days were a long time ago - there may have been some decent days since as well as downsides - some quite serious but to claim 15 years or more of continual negativity regarding the company's performance seems to be an unbalanced summary.
