PI it's not NCYT's lousy management being questioned it's why they appear to not be required (under LSE rules) to inform shareholders. There has to be a gain or loss to the business by Eurofins acquiring Microgen significant enough to be RNS'ed. There is a difference in closing a business and selling it.
Well thats an unexpected development. Yet more privatisation of current NHS services.
NHS will just be a logo soon, the gov are selling off whats left of the NHS before they get booted out.
They've tried this before, it never ends very well.
Unfortunately mac they seem to just do online meetings these days where the questions can presumably be meticulously cherry picked. If every one of investor meetings (if any), agm’s etc are not in person this year it’s clear they don’t want to be accountable.
Let’s face it, we got the online thing in 2020 and 2021 but last year was unnecessary and if they do it this year it’s a complete disgrace.
Nice find EXMEX, only problem is if it is not posted on Twitter or Linkedin, our BOD,S will not know of it.imho.gla.
I don't know if anyone has already seen this notice that was published on Bidstats last week. A new four year framework, valued up to £20 billion is being set up to provide the NHS with a full range of testing services. This is made up of 10 different lots, one of which is for point of care testing and the the final two are for innovation . Novacyt now have a range of clinical tests, hopefully they will apply to be on the framework and compete for business.

This company is becoming like a soap opera. Next Q and A session definitely want answers, preferably before. Will email them on the weekend, I suggest everyone else does the same.
very well spotted Ted
Must have taken years of practice, to get to where you are now…
It was removed because of your lies….

Trading update tomorrow?
and over 82 to buy... currently
Fair enough. Maybe selective memory. Onwards we go, full years are almost upon us.
Mac to be fair that poster behaved poorly at the end. Obviously just my take on things.
I can recall that he never actually said it in a derogatory way tho. It was just his take on things. Sorry, just got back from work.
I have actually spoken to Duncan by phone personally , i do remember he was warning everyone about the this share and that the BOD where not cut out for taking Novacyt to the next level and that there needs to be better dynamic BOD . I do remember him telling me watch out the BOD may want to take this company private .
It was the second flounce where his parting shot was "this is worth a quid."
It's a shame posting history gets deleted as it would be good to look back and work out where we've all gone wrong!!
The dunc_hallas posts would be interesting to look at again. From memory, I think some things alleged were probably criminal, but we are where we and we have no M&A news and dwindling sales of anything.
Deliberate share price drop bought about by radio silence so staff could buy cheap shares before another pump... but they didn't and they're not!!
Interest rate is 8% +BoE base rate.
BOD, don't think for 1 second we are supporting your actions. There haven't been any. 4 months since last update. Still no m&a. Still no action. Do your job, tho glad to see DA out.
The only person which could have predicted from the BOD was GM and he had far too much to lose.
Risk to return when the dispute started up. We should have seen the signs, but were blinded by the old contracts. The detail was in the small print which he all know he followed closely. Hopefully those finances get resolved soon. In the meantime they are sat in our bank account doing nothing. What people forget is its not only the money at hand, if things go our way it's the other money owed AND interest. Not a small sum. Would love for a court date in the financials.
MacTrader , ShaunP did predict £1 per share. So how did he know that ?
PI100 should have given the P45 a long time ago
Or maybe a "muzzle" would be more adequate
The newbies have be strung up like kippers woodstock.
