Most of my share purchases and sales as I have said at least a dozen times before are posted on this site. You appear not to be able to comprehend.

'' Sold some at about 52.75p''
"I hold shares at an average cost to me at 21.24p per share."
LTI, when did you purchase your shares to average 21.24p per share?
US banks taking a pounding currently
LTI,
You always post your deals after events , so non valid !
PSK,
US forecast to be in Recession Q4 '22 . Biden' money printing is decimating US Dollar as Reserve Currency . Three more yrs and it's all over .

I have been a continuous investor for about 25 years, during which time i increase and decrease my holding depending on the price level.
If an investor buys a 1000 shares at £1 and sells 500 at £1.50, they may well say that they have taken a profit of £250 and hold 500 at £1, as you would for any tax involvement.
I do not book a profit for my own records until I have received back more than I have invested.
So the example for my own records I would after the sale be holding 500 shares at a cost £250, therefore at 50p per share.
So Lloyds owes me 21.24p per share before I start to make a profit.
LTI ,
"I have been a continuous investor for about 25 years, during which time i increase and decrease my holding depending on the price level."
In the same time span you've told us Lloy was cheap @ 80p . It stretches our good will factor in you now telling us your average is 21p . You're insulting our intelligence !
I dare say now that Lloy has peaked @ 55p , you'll be telling us your average is 5p this time next yr .
Yo're beyond belief !

''You're insulting our intelligence !''
you have none, on top of which you have very serious mental problems - repeating the same nonsense over now for must be at least 30 rimes.
I am not going to give you the usual response to prove your mental state again .

"Noone is disputing your fantasy portfolio"

"They'll be made up anyway."
Anyone with a big nose stands out on this board. Why come here to accuse people of lying, this whole Word vs LTI is so dull.
My take is that personal attacks are based on envy.
67S,
All that should concern you is that LTI has told us Lloy is a worthwhile investment @ 54 p !
J46
This is the sort of thing the highlights your mental problems.
I have stated that I have a substantial holding.
I also posted a sale that I made on the 7th at below the current price.
I have not given any advice to anyone on whether Lloyds is a buy at 54p.
I am happy to extend my 25 years of continuous ownership of Lloyds shares.

"All that should concern you is that LTI has told us Lloyds is a worthwhile investment @ 54 p !"
As a LLOYDS investor my biggest concern is that I know hold an average price per share of 44p. I would like to think it is still facing its major period growth even now at 54p.
Telling me "all that should concern me" is extremely patronising. I think you are significantly richer and younger than me, judging by your holiday allusions, but this board is about Lloyds not about personal status. Your primary motive appears to be attacking one member of this forum and I would prefer you contributed in a more constructive way. It's worth being clear about why you are here as that encourages trust, instead of tit for tat trading of insults.
"is that I know I hold"
as for "a small correction" I imagine everything will drop sharply if conflict starts on the Ukraine border.
The market will "love" Doris getting booted... the £ will strengthen and add to imported inflation.

Good God. Plato's been typing non-stop for 2 hours and 19 minutes...
Plato, buy a television for your evenings entertainment ffs. If you cant afford one im sure we'd all chip in for you. I realise there isnt much any good to watch, but it would keep you away from your keyboard and save all us lot the trouble of skipping through your continual diatribe.
UK future energy base load supply is now in a very precarious position !
In these uncertain we face, " spread betting " is probably the best option, being sensible, this will some money to be put into Nuclear Energy.
Theosus
Wind farms have an important part to play in the UKs future energy mix.
In the meantime the UK must heavily rely on cheap reliable French nuclear electricity, Norwegian pipeline natural gas, American and Quatari shipments of LNG of last resort.
Falky, since your 'tip' for Argos last November I believe don't believe they have moved. Should have switched to BEM, check em out. You may not be too late if you like a yes/ no gamble.
Argentina are getting restless again.
Just saying.
Falky, Good Morning.
A logistical nightmare for the oil companies to undertake, and could aggravate a serious spat between the UK and Argentinian Governments.
F. Wish you luck.
