Don't hold your breath for 25p JMO.
Better to wait until it gets nearer to 25p
More red days creates opportunities to buy until you actually want to sell...
Come on HVO let’s at least have one day when we don’t finish red. Just One!

Guess the next noteworthy announcement will be the completion of the CW facility.
Perhaps a surprise contract announcement or even an acquisition this year would help
Dividend: I've received mine on Interactive Investor.
HVO's price is drifting down on no news. One of my highest conviction stocks so am buying more expecting this to motor when the next news arrives. IGR was the same. Watched it drift down then bought before news came out and the SP shot up to now 75% up. Patience should pay off here.
Forgot about the dividend!! Just checked, not been added yet on Halifax.

Sad to see this slowly drifting away. Lots on the sidelines will be licking their lips now expecting low 20s. Either HVO does or does not announce material contract who knows. We had a spate of contact announcements that were always sold into leading to clamours for them not to be RNSd. Damned if they do damned if they don’t.
Last post: Mrsalt25, 20 May 2024 09:57
Yeah would be nice, another contract to push us past 30
Yes, they are in the new facility so would be good to hear how it is going.
Still waiting for mine on HL & wasn’t we mean to be in the new facility by now? Are they running behind schedule or something
Nice dividend paid today, would be good to get an update on the new facility and a new contract would be very welcome.

AGM on Monday.

I agree, institutional investors stampede to buy 25 million shares from company director, who is still the largest individual shareholder in the company. Irish entrepreneur Cathal Friel turned around the ailing company with new management team, a company that was burning cash but now has more than £30 million in the bank and turnover has increased by 500% within 4 years. A real success story. JMO Adyor!

So the plot thickens - is sttl stt or not?
We already guessed you had those problems, just tell us something new
I've finally realised... All this time, I was just asking questions and deeply concerned about hVivo.
In reality, it was all deflection.
The truth is that I'm deeply concerned about my tiny wīlly.
Deep, genuine, real concern about it.
I can finally admit it, I feel so free: "stt1" means "Silly Tiny Todger #1".
As a sign of respect, please call me Tiny Todge or Lil Todge from now on.
Broken record and worn out stylus
I've posted the company newsflow, facts and opinions based on those facts.
If you don't like the facts that's your choice.
It's over 3 months since the chairman dumped majority of his holding.
Prior to him doing so and since Dec, there were regular tips, presentations, talking the company up.
Where's all the IIs rns showing significant buying 3 months ago?
Where's all the repeated presentations, tips gone? AGM come and gone and no TU.

Reminder that the nominal dividend should be paid out on 20th May (0.2p per ordinary share).
Had a little top up myself today. Getting it cheaper than the IIs were prepared to pay after a full briefing cant’t be bad
And still they come - another 1.4m in two trades - smaller of the two may be a sell. Some shuffling going on for sure.
Strictly, why is there no movement in the SP after such a huge buy ? There seems little correlation between share trades and share price.....very odd....
And yet another one - 1,800,000 buy after hours on Friday

I'm sure he's been involved in HVO for a while now, not saying he's been in all the time but i do remember CF being on his podcast a while back.
Always a bit wary when Justin Waite is involved in pushing investing ideas. Hopefully he will be correct when it comes to HVO though!

That will account for the 20% rise in Polb's share price in the last couple of days. Yes we'll happily have him back as I'm hoping for 35p here.
Well the unmentionable one has turned up with his box of red flags on Poolbeg Pharma, can you please ask him to come back here!
Hovering where the institutional Investors bought that lump sum, clearly with a lot more knowledge than us. Expecting some acquisition news soon and the full move to Canary wharf and in the meantime trading in a range up to 30p

FREAK
Rickylfc,
"There’s bound to be profit taking after the results"
Hindsight post. Why didn't you say so before the results were published.
"You never seem to respond when asked why you were warning of the dangers of Hvo at 10p and promoting the Tly business and its model at 28p??"
Very selective timeframe, isn't it?
Over the past few months, I've been posting HVO's company newsflow, facts and opinions based on those facts.
I've been saying the company is being talked up and maintaining that assertion, even when the sp was surging at 30p.
The fact is the Chairman dumped majority of his holding so he also obviously thought 28p was right price!!
I also was negative on HVO 2.5years when, as Orph, the sp was around 27p. They've hardly above that sp now after all this time, are they?
In terms of TLY, over the past few months, I've also been positive on them at 4p.
If you think HVO can go from 45p(3 years ago) to 10p to 28p then why do you think TLY or any other share can't?
I don't come here often, but when I do guaranteed to see the same lines spouted by Stt. Give it a rest man, go do something else. Why do you care SOOOOO much about a company you aren't invested in? You really just come across as someone who is bitter and lost money here. You've posted your point of view multiple times, it's always a carbon copy of the last one. I'm not against different view but please..... At least post with something new.
Stt - There’s bound to be profit taking after the results and with loads of cash in the bank and growing profitability (revenue is vanity) then Hvo should rise again. You never seem to respond when asked why you were warning of the dangers of Hvo at 10p and promoting the Tly business and its model at 28p??
Ricky,
The company newsflow and evidence is there for all to see and has been as predicted.
Shouldn't you be questioning why some rampers have already been proven to be completely wrong? Why not ask them to accept they were wrong?
There could be and likely to be more talking up of the company, as the CEO's huge options exercisable date gets closer, as per my assertions.
The newflow backs my assertions to date.
Fy results:
Nothing which wasn't expected, no rise post results.
Chairman dumped majority of his holding after shares talked up and before fy results.
Revenue/Order book growth rate has slowed significantly.
etc
etc

There was an attempt at a "truce" but no prizes for who broke it. I say the opposite - go spam the life out of TLY, seems to be working wonders tbf
I notice HVO holders fighting back by posting on the (Totally) TLY board. Can I suggest people stop bothering posting there?
It is merely encouraging stt1/Singh to continue with his tit-for-tat nonsense as revenge for dunking on one of his favourite stocks.
Anyway, no more on Singh!
I hope all HVO holders have a great weekend. Fingers crossed for the first spell of decent weather this year.
Fully agree Moniman. Never have understood this response.
So why do you keep replying to the unspeakable one's new threads, he thrives of the attention and will just create more threads if you keeps replying to them..

At 28.8p, the stock trades on FY2024E P/E and EV/EBITDA of 21.7x and 11.0x respectively. As of yearend 2024, we expect the company to have around £47m of net cash on the balance sheet, or around 7p per share. On an ex-cash basis, the 2024E P/E (stripping out the net interest generated on the cash) would be 18.9x. At our new target price of 40p, the EV/EBITDA, P/E and ex-cash P/E would be 16.4x, 30.7x and 29.0x respectively. We see these multiples as reasonable bearing in mind the growth, cash generation and quality of the business.

This is creeping back up nicely on reasonably small volumes - I'm hopeful that the price will align itself with the various broker forecasts (mid to late 30s).

Thanks, @BurtonD for the link. 35-40p seems eminently achievable in the medium term based on a comparison with HVO's CRO peers (P/S, P/E, EBITDA, margin, forward revenue visibility, excellent business plan, high barrier to entry for competitors, etc).
I'm delighted to have HVO as a core holding in my portfolio — its consistent delivery has been absolutely wonderful.
Those attributes do make one wonder whether we will become a target for takeover at some point.
The US bank maintains a 'buy' rating for shares in hVIVO, citing its superior growth profile compared to peers, potential for further margin enhancement, and solid market position. The price target is 35p - a 33% premium to the current price.”
