Look at the dates/events timing.
HVO talked up.
CF. Chairman sells majority of his holding soon after the company is talked up and before the fy results.
New IPO today. Before HVO fy results. Looks like CF clearly wanted to raise funds for the new venture as well as persuade current hvo holders to join him.
I don't think that's a coincidence.
CF dumping majority of his holding before the fy results is a red flag.
I expect the outlook will still be talked up.
As per my post of 6th March, I expect an nominal dividend nearer to 0.1p. Hallsworthy is expecting 1p. My estimate is based on the company statements.
We'll know who's closer to the actual amount declared tomorrow.
On dividend amount, they have guided, at the interims presentation, to something in the order of 0.1p to 0.2p/share dividend (£1m cost to the company), as per the last post of mine in this thread.
They could well surprise to the upside on this, but the guidance is what it is, and should still be available to listen to on the Investor Meet Company site (Q&A tab, answer to Q16).
Sorry to hear that NST.
I hope it all gets sorted.
Contract news may be more interesting and what's going to happen to all that cash in the bank, but 0.25 or 0.50p divi will be about what to expect imho.
What's the expected dividend in tomorrow's announcement? I'm happy with 0.5p.

£23k and £15k? Are you a millionaire like?
NST, lol I'd hardly call that large sells in either.....
Thanks FTC. Poorman, They are showing. Within the first 15mins of trading today. I've also had to sell my polb which i didn't want to let go of either.
Sorry to hear that NST - I hope everything works out for you...
Don't worry, they aren't showing.
Good luck
Fair play to CF, despite some of his over enthusiastic blarney, he certainly put his money where his mouth is unlike that troll STT1 who just spews bile all day long!

CF currently being interviewed on CNBC following the debut of EGT, he mentioned HVO & POLB as well.

PS. The reason for explaining myself is so people don't think the sells are down to bad news coming from hvivo. GLALTH
Looking forward to tomorrows results, the Cash pile well over £30 million at the last count so what is Mo going to do with it? CF has taken a back seat to concentrate on Poolbeg and his other new 'green' investment vehicle it appears so Mo has free reign to get on with the job, maybe more contract news or something else? AIMHO Adyor GLA!!!!,
Good luck everyone. The 2 large sells are mine. Not something I wanted to do but I've been fighting the hmrc over a very large tax bill that I've been struggling with over the last 3 years. I know hvivo is going places but unfortunately I don't have the time to wait v the demands being sent to me.
Stt is clearly a vexillologist. Such a sad hobby
i fear we are stuck with this pain the backside. there were red flags in october, yet the share price continued to rise. if the latest red flag has no impact, then unfortunately he will find sometime else to ***** and moan about. frank needs to call frank, call samaritans, call for a doctor or call a family member and he appears to have a mental disorder.
HallsWorthy: add to that list contracts for difference (CFD) and spread bet gamblers speculating on stocks such as HVO.
They typically leverage/gear heavily, which greatly amplifies small price movements into more significant gains or losses.
Hence, desperate CFD/SB traders tend to pop up on the bulletin boards spreading whatever FUD or ramp they believe benefits their trading position.
Trading short CFD/SBs on HVO right now is likely an extremely painful experience. How sad for them.
If future prospects are so great then why did the Chairman/Founder dump majority of his holding in a discounted secondary placing and so soon after they were talked up and before the fy results?
Nearly 26m out of 47m previously held.
I think that's a red flag.

Hallsworthy,
BBs are better for all when posters discuss the bull/bear points.
Before I post the fy results expectations, rational bear case, which you and some others don't want mentioned....
A couple of points in reply to your post.
"the reasons why people deramp incessantly on bulletin boards:"
You state 3 reasons why posters might deramp a share...
Which one is your/BillB/Moniman/ reasoning for deramping TLY then? ;-)
https://www.lse.co.uk/profiles/hallsworthy/
https://www.lse.co.uk/profiles/moniman/
https://www.lse.co.uk/profiles/billb/
TLY is an illiquid share and is only 1 of many shares I comment on. There's been lots of small trades to push the sp lower and it's obvious it's been done deliberately. There's only a handful of PIs yet lots of small trades. Therefore, the sp is being manipulated lower.
The TLY sp there has little impact on my investment portfolio, yet the success of your investment is dependent on the sp of an illiquid share like TLY. Why's that?
TLY have treated millions of people over the years through their diversified business model of Urgent Care Centre, NHS 111, Physio. They may have also treated you, your friends and family.
Do you not support companies who help those who need help with their health?
"We had a previous resident crazy guy here who went to the police as someone outed him, Stt *could* even be that same guy but I don't think so, to his credit even he moved on to better things."
Who was that then?
" they have no effect on any share with decent volume like HVO has, so let them bang their drum til we are sold."
Then why are you so concerned about the company newsflow I post? Why not just load up and sit back instead of being rattled that you had to post such a long post late Friday night?
If in months your best argument against me is nothing better than trying to bully me into silence by posting deramping/misleading info on TLY tells me I'm probably right in my views and you have no faith in your investment. If you could counter what I've been saying with any kind of cogent, rational argument you would have by now.
Now back to HVO.
Well you could be right HallsWorthy, so i owe the poster an apology for being OTT with my comment's, its just i get fed up readying the same thing over and over everyday from him, he's very bitter against HVO but most will say you have to move on and start again i hope he can do that.
Flova, the reasons why people deramp incessantly on bulletin boards:
1) thinking of buying, hoping to drive price down to pick up more shares.
2) used to hold but sold out, normally for a loss but not always, and want to make sure their decision was right.
3) missed a chance to buy before a price rise and are bitter.
Pretty much every share has at least one, certainly the more popular ones all do. Stt is unique with the sheer amount of time (5 years I think?!) that he has spent on here; most people eventually realise that the negativity effects themselves more than they will ever effect the share price, and they move on. We had a previous resident crazy guy here who went to the police as someone outed him, Stt *could* even be that same guy but I don't think so, to his credit even he moved on to better things.
Stts story was he held for a short period a number of years ago. Bought on a hype and sold at a loss (check his posting history back when he first spotted on orph/HVO) and backed the wrong horse in a race between TLY and HVO. He makes quite a lot of faux Pas and stupid statements and I genuinely believe he doesn't understand why HVO would be up and TLY down with his focus on revenue.
For the most part his beef is personal, with another use 1gw that drags both HVO and his TLY board into nonsense - even that board hates him and his impact but he doesnt care. There was a couple of appeals for ceasefire that fell on deaf ears, he didn't even have the common decency to respond to an affable TLY holder who posted on their board asking him to stop.
Take some comfort to think of the real world person that dedicated literally years of their life posting nearly every single day on a shared they don't hold, to watch it treble whilst they bought none and simultaneously watched their main holding fall over 90% and don't worry about the derampers, they have no effect on any share with decent volume like HVO has, so let them bang their drum til we are sold.
