GarryGraham - many thanks for your appreciation of my post - telling you don’t attempt to dispute my suggestions.
Don’t worry about me I have plenty of time for other activities- just feel blessed you’ve had the benefit of my contributions - it helps that 12bn on the other channel seems to have lost trolling interest of late, presumably because of the cascade of good news!

" I’ve taken an interest in trolls for many years - as I’ve said before it’s quite an art to be able to undermine confidence using facts and subtlety - there are few who are really capable but a huge number of wannabes who have a grossly inflated idea of their ability.I post the above because not everyone has my somewhat unusual psychological interest in trolling and may not immediately see the things that jump out of the page to me in your posts, as an old cynic".
My suggestion is you find a girlfriend. Trust me its more fun and it will give you more pleasure in the long term.

GarryGraham - I’ve taken an interest in trolls for many years - as I’ve said before it’s quite an art to be able to undermine confidence using facts and subtlety - there are few who are really capable but a huge number of wannabes who have a grossly inflated idea of their ability.
You appeared somewhat dismissive of JohnBriggs in one of your recent posts - although I have a go at him from time to time his posts are relatively straightforward - he’s lost money here and he sub consciously blames himself for placing over reliance on other over optimistic posters - it’s cathartic for him to post negatively at the moment but I sense he’s gradually getting over it and most people understand his plight and tolerate him, whilst pointing out the error of his ways when necessary.
Interestingly I’m going to credit JohnBriggs with his comments being picked up by the CEO - post Chevron deal I watched Eytan on a Q&A video and he referred to reading the leopard not changing his spots comments - I don’t think any of my posts have ever been acknowledged by CEO so well done there!
You, Garry, aren’t so lovable - the slippery fish Freudian slip suggestion characterised you very well!
You claim to be heavily invested here, with your friends, yet you posted the question about the Chevron completion - the answer was given in the original RNS - Uruguayan Government approval is awaited - sometimes you just have to wait it out. Most normal people understood this, particularly those that are invested - why didn’t you - surely you read the RNS!
I put it to you the question was posited to try and create a sense of unease amongst readers that it’s all taking too long and possibly there’s a problem! I don’t even credit you with original thinking on that line as the other trolls were out in force, sometimes multiple times a day, pre-Chevron, regarding the chances of CEG getting a farm out, particularly after Eytan had not met his own indicated timescale!
I post the above because not everyone has my somewhat unusual psychological interest in trolling and may not immediately see the things that jump out of the page to me in your posts, as an old cynic.
Have a great day Garry!
Indcedros -
I see your infatuation with my posts continues. Typical Keyboard warrior.
Arch- Stanton and others thanks for your reply.

Unsurprising question from GarryGraham - probably delighted in asking his parents ` are we there yet ‘ as soon as the car door shut!
Yet another example of ` Timid Trolling ‘ if I wanted to put the best gloss possible on it, otherwise I’ve got to express my concerns for his comprehension powers relating to statements made, independently, by both Chevron and CEG!
The last RNS clearly states " on or about 22nd May "
I presume you mean the Charlestown money JohnBriggs.
Where's the Charlestone money... "any day now", Willec says...
Was supposed to be today... DOH!
Hi - Chevron made a pretty clear statement it in their Q1 - The fact that it even got a mention is impressive .. I'm not sure why you are so suspect - they are a super major. Not playing games .. Just due process with the authorities, which happens every time with a farm in, and it's not in a banana republic.

Many thanks for the reply.

It was slated it would take ‘several months’ from announcement on 6th March.
Does anyone know the estimated date we should receive full confirmation that Chevron is our Farm Out Partner?
I don't just mean Eytan Ulliel or Malcy on some video promo, but official confirmation from Chevron themselves.
I am only seeking information. GG
JohnBriggs - you serious are a laughing stock. I still say what I said before stocks and shares to me are a long term investment and all the pieces are coming together very nicely with 1.5m coming any day now and a lovely 3D later this year early 2025.
Come back and say that at the end of 2025.
A little humour sometimes goes and awful long way... I do like to drop little nuggets of counter information to see how long it takes for people to catch on. You have no idea how unimportant I am is my personal favourite and has a tendency to make people stop and think, especially if they are angry. As a wise sage once said a few times, nothing on these boards will have the slightest effect on our shares or the business we part own. In4, I wish us shareholders good fortune and as for Chevron, just make sure you drill in the right place. Gibbo1066
IK, you are hardly one to be critiquing “fact filled posting”. You are a close second to Willec in only being wrong in all of your BPC/CEG 100% of the time and with speculation based on “facts” that would make a news of the world hack blush.
Wow! JB That is impressive:-
17 mins to respond to IN4 @ Lunchtime.
16 mins to respond to me @ Teatime.
Such dedication!
And with such informative fact filled posting.
Must be all that spare time @ sea!
Well done Gold Star!
Yeah, Charlestown 15% up because it's lending a couple of million to CEG... LOL
Probably too late to do much with but Sintana (Charlestown) are up 15% so far today.
22/5 tomorrow - somebady know something?

You can't have it both ways JohnBriggs, if it's a binary play (your words) it's either a winner or a loser it can't be both.
Nobody can say that it guarantees a huge loss just as they can't say it's guaranteed to be a huge profit. Just ridiculous.
"This is a great opportunity to put a little spare money into a small oiler with a terrible track history and make a potentially huge return."

"This is a great opportunity to put your hard-earned cash into a lifestyle company with a terrible track history of incompetence and (by Gibbo's own admission) and share price erosion to guarantee a huge loss.
DYOR - Research would be looking at the past (all the various CEG incarnations - don't let anyone fool you that this is a new BOD) and/or learning from mistakes then concluding that this isn't a binary play - it's a loser every day.
Gibbo - I enjoyed your post and may well use the quote below in the future as it encapsulates the essence of this opportunity!
` This is a great opportunity to put a little spare money into a small oiler with a terrible track history and make a potentially huge return. ‘
What a roller coaster ride we have all been on with this share. Personally it has almost been 12 years since my initial and small investment, it certainly isn't anymore as I have bought into all of the previous hype. I'm now sitting on 10m+ shares and from what i have read and digested, we are partnered with a super major on a 60/40 split ( couldnt find any other minnow oiler with those split figures when partnering with a super major ), gained investment from a well renowned early investor in oil discoveries and soon to start drilling in a geologically similar position to where oil has been discovered albeit the other side of the Atlantic. This may still be a binary play, but remember we still have OFF1 to partner out surely reducing those odds further. I own shares here and I want them to succeed. But I am a realist and have only what i can afford to lose ( I may be a little sore ) here. If you are new here and reading this, dont let the petty squabbles and point scoring deter you on this chat. This is a great opportunity to put a little spare money into a small oiler with a terrible track history and make a potentially huge return. Always DYOR.
HL showing zero spread.
GarryGraham - I’ve been following this share for around a decade and I’ve seen many posters come and go - most are relatively straightforward they either want the company to succeed or they don’t and the posts are unambiguous.
I have no problem with either view but as my time and interest is not unlimited I tend to post more at the trolls as I assume most posters know that share owners are naturally inclined to gild the lily a little and should therefore reflect carefully on content therefrom.
I didn’t bother to review your posts from years back because I actually remembered you clearly from the Bahamas drill period as being rather unusual - most people agonised about being in or out for the drill in private and then argued their position on the board - it was clearly a binary bet at long odds - rather like a casino bet on a number group - if you don’t like the odds don’t take the bet!
A sensible position for those who were really optimistic would have been to seriously ask how much can I afford to lose without it having a significant effect on lifestyle and mental health and then adjust their shareholding exposure accordingly before the drill!
Regarding the Chevron deal and the original RNS announcement it was clear it was subject to Uruguay Government approval - I’m still waiting to see any evidence from you that the deal has any other clauses that observers should be wary about save for usual legal small print, such as CEG must not go bankrupt in the meantime. As such clauses are the norm in any agreements of this type why would you, as a claimed shareholder, major on such detail where you clearly have no more insight than anyone else?
Put simply if you want to tell people you are in up to your balls that’s your business- no need to feel responsible for others who may or may not invest- they each have their own circumstances and risk/reward profile.
I make no apologies for reading and responding to your posts - you should be flattered by my attention - if I’m wrong put up a counter argument!
I wish all genuine shareholders good luck with their investment here!
In4cedros:
I feel you have a bit of an infatuation with my posts, which is alarming.
If you read the last post the key word was PROVIDING.
( Providing it can be ratified and no slippery fish AIM caveats are thrown in )
I tried to make the post positive and say it was a great deal.
Obviously, everything depends on whether Chevron, our farm-out partner, discovers oil in commercial quantities. Everything else is pretty much irrelevant.
Finally, It is a bit worrying that someone would take the trouble or effort to review someone's past posts from two years ago and in such detail.
As for " Timid ", I find it quite funny. If you ever met me, you would never say I was timid.
GG.
