Completely agree. We had to raise at some point to fund Drills and this covers several.

Your point about position of strength is well made re negotiations for farmouts of which there may be several in coming 18 months.

Once the dust settles and folks properly digest the RNS then this should be seen as a positive and back to high 20's with proximity to several drills over 18 months an accelerant.

Importantly the RNS indicates further investments by SEI in new prospects so this is not just about paying the bills!

Worth bearing in mind that these options were probably issued in lieu of fees e.g. legals: "The options are being exercised by a consultant to the Company."

This is often a way of paying for services in business as a way of saving cash for day to day capex.

The "Consultant" may just be taking his fees and profits as normal business activity rather than making a trading investment decision.

I think I am correct in saying that "Charleston" sold the shares (Bose is a minority shareholder therein.) They are an energy investment company.

They bought them at circa 16.5p - so almost a double - good investment trading IMHO.

They still hold 4.5% so not exectly disinvesting.

At the time, from memory, they were embroiled in the biggest oilspill disaster in history and were close to being done up like a kipper.

In addition The World was going through the initial stages of "ZERO" carbon.

in4 is correct - profit taking.

If you look at the C$ share SP it recovered late in the day to 50+. I expect UK to follow suit on Monday.

Probably worth mentioning that, from a tech analysis perspective, there is a big resistance point @ 53/54 in Canada.

Not a big follower of TA however it does work for some folks and could have been cause of profit take.

IMHO if/when 55 is broken upwards this should shoot quite quickly.

We now get " Backdated" i.e. yesterday trades, in reasaonable size, being posted, at end of week trading.

This is classic - big boys know something and are using their influence in the market to build positions - IMHO!
