I see ade has changed his name now
Report his posts that are defamation of Adam Bond, simple. I'll keep reporting them until LSE delete the garbage.
READ THE POSTS CAREFULLY HAGGIS - nobody is bemoaning today's drop. I haven't not once. It's you that keeps bringing today's drop up and weirdly justifying it. Somehow aligning myself with it.
I dont think anyone has mentioned the drop today except you, because you are trying to dupe everyone in to thinking everything is hunky dory. Well guess what, I will share my opinion, and LSE will see that I have not been unreasonable. There is no defamation, there is only a reaosned argument that has been presented that you seem incapable of responding to in an adult manner.
You're like a primary schoolkid telling tales at this point because no one is playing the game the way you want it to be played.
In an investing context, it is perfectly reasonable to question the CEO's competency when you own stock in that company, things arent going well, and you see a track record which clearly shows projects consistently fall away over a number of years. Prove to me that's not the case and I will go away, until then, I have the time to battle it out with you Haggis.
This is turning into a rout today. Ok it's sector driven but Bond has left us at its mercy as he has done nothing to separate us from the crowd i.e. no sales! Now we're seemingly dependent on a newly introduced piece of kit for sales, the HFC. Does it even work? Will it actually sell? All these imponderables leave the SP vulnerable during market down turns as we see today. Ultimately though it's Bond's fault for not delivering the sales he trailed last year. How much more can this company take of his incompetence.
Exactly Garonne! Again, I didn't mention the drop once. I too lose when the share price drops. I don't want to see it go down any further, perhaps something I have in common with Haggis.
I will continue to ask questions about the company until Adam Bond delivers an RNS to 1) give us all more clarity on what the hell is going on or 2) Deliver a sales RNS that sells a product that is available today.
Not to mention, he HAS to deliver sales he has already committed to (Acciona & Juelich) and make sure these are not a farce like the Powerhouse initial sale he announced.
Haggis, respond to me about why my original points on this thread RE Adam Bond are not valid.
Stop trying to manipulate people. You're a holder, I'm a holder, let's have a reasonable debate. In turn I will be reasonable. In fact I think I have been. I have not slated the potential of the technology which I think is fantastic. I just dont have confidence i the people taking it to market.
I mean how, at this stage of commercialisation do we not have one person in marketing?
No one is falling for it Haggis.
"Investment into Staffing and Scaled Up Manufacturing
With the proceeds from our capital raises in 2020 and 2021, AFC Energy has seen an influx in high quality engineering, commercial, research and manufacturing teams required to deliver the Company's business plan over the coming years.
The engineering team has now moved into new offices as part of the upgrade to local aircraft hanger facilities at the Company's head office in Surrey over the summer, with the remainder of the hanger installation available for manufacturing scale up.
Over the last 6 months, a mapping of the automated scale up infrastructure required for stack deployment has been made and the first pieces of machinery have started to arrive for site acceptance and commissioning. These semi-automated assembly lines are expected to facilitate delivery of the next few years worth of fuel cell stacks for customer deployment."
What is the business plan for the next few years haggis? One or two units? Five, maybe?
How many people exactly have been recruited? Three, 5, 20? NO ONE KNOWS.
WHO KNOWS IF ANY OF IT IS REAL? SEE MY ORIGINAL POST.
Bondy,
If you really want to upset Haggis, just tell him what car you drive.
Apparently, you cannot invest here unless you have an EV, otherwise you are a hypocrite.
I am happy to be a hypocrite with my 11 year old diesel car (bought specifically for my personal requirements and for a 10 year timeframe), investing in banks I do not use, a supermarket that has no store near me, O&G and green tech (!!), funds that invest in Asia and America where I do not live, etc.
I put Haggis straight to filter when he spent weeks banging on about the SP being held at a 500m mcap, as apparently, ALL funds can only invest at this level, despite many proving daily that his view was incorrect. He even went so far as to provide his own definitive evidence to prove himself wrong whilst claiming it was saying the opposite.
Abuse to anyone who disagrees with him is standard, as is refusing to admit ever being wrong about anything.
This board has been so much better for me with use of the filter button, not that I comment much anymore due to the daily bs from many.
Good luck to those holding, looking forward to adding some more here soon
HAGGIS:
"Peer Comparison - AFC SITLL WAY UNDERVALUED!!
What you MUST remember is that AFC is VERY UNDERVALUED vs it's peers, and therefore, as soon as AFC announce multiple sales, which clearly it expects from the HFC, it will get rerated closer to it's peers, regardless of the direction of the market. And the more sales it announces, the closer it will get to those big market caps. Right now at this price, AFC looks a certain 4 bagger to me in the short term, based on the MCap's below.
PPS - £279m
AFC - £295m
FCEL £1,303m
CWR - £1,362m
ITM - £2,001m
BE. £2,341m
BLDP £2,420m
PLUG £9,680m"""
Completely manipulative, what he is not telling you is that all of the other companies have solid sales and a pipeline upon which their value can be assigned. AFC has very little to pin its £300m market cap. It is not even looking like it will turn £3m over this year.
AFC need to announce sales to underpin the current share price, let alone move it higher Haggis. At £150m market cap (20p), it is still potentially viewed as expensive based on the current state of the Company, hence the drift southwards.
It is the responsibility of the company to instil confidence amongst shareholders, in the interest of its shareholders.
Haggis what is your response to my suggestion that AB has had a long list of failures, and that a number of investors have lost confidence in him being able to lead the company?
Jeez - Bondy; signed up 7 days ago - 30 posts AFC - fuc off.
There are two issues at play, markets are down which is not unusual in January and Bonds performance perceived or otherwise.
There is a fundamental lack on the hardcore holders side to accept publicly that there is anything wrong with Bond and his performance as much as the contempt others holders past and present have for him and his results thus far.
Getting personal isn’t good and Haggis has been the most abusive generally but even bumblebee, bumblebee2, muscorum stooped to that level with his STD comment about me and Garonne.
He’s even back in a new guise nowadays, got to wonder why certain posters do this?
A comment was made about me turning on investors after representing them, I created a vehicle for shareholders to represent themselves only. And a certain poster/holder didn’t really want to get involved unless he could veto the consensus if he didn’t like it.
Actually the chairman has the job of holding the board to account so maybe he should be the target of any shareholder angst now.
"Actually the chairman has the job of holding the board to account so maybe he should be the target of any shareholder angst now."
Surely the chairman is himself annoyed at where we find the share price after putting his own money in? It's an interesting point though, perhaps we need to direct some protest towards Gary Bullard.
Alt bumble, your memory is skewed, it was surprise as we had never met before and she knew who I was.
As for the rest, well that doesn’t even warrant a reply. Your spent too long with your head in the grass.
Aimillionaire - your last sentence says it all;
‘To the rest, ignore the noise and hold’
Why the hell should anyone do as you tell them? Who are you to tell people what to do? You and haggis are clearly trying to manipulate people. You are actively telling them what to do.
Re your point about football transfers, when will enough be Enough? What do you make of my post about all of the failures, things that have disappeared, and the fact we have no one in marketing despite claiming to be commercialising?
I named you once in an unrelated thread to the one your talking about as you used my name prior.
As for the abuse aimed at you, that has no place here or anywhere else and I expect LSE to act accordingly with and law enforcement as required. And yes I spotted you straight away also.
Your posts are moving away from fact/company comment and into personnel slurs also and that can lead into confrontation which can and does get out of hand.
But you never seem to comment on the disgusting posts haggis makes either. Company you keep and all that…..
Oh and not fascinated in any way, just like people to be upfront and honest about who they are. Haggis come clean yet? No I thought not
As I said alt, it was in response to you disclosing mine. Nothing to do with a group thing….
Tick this post up if you've been called a Con Man, shorter or something else derogatory by Haggis McHaggis and you are not.
You are acting like a playground bully Haggis, your behaviour is despicable.
This is all about transfer of wealth....full stop.
Unless you are smart you will get your pockets picked .....DYOR.
Way above conmen and spives .....they are just the workers .
There you go with the 'con men' jibe as well Alt.
You've nit picked at what, 3 or 4 of my very valid points, but when taken together wit the rest of that huge list does it not show the remarkable houdini like qualities of Adam Bond? My responses in line;
"As for 30, only one system sold. So what? That one system, though to a project ai personally dislike, was a sale, it is bringing the company a lot of exposure and demonstrating the product in a range of locations. So other than volume, a poor complaint." They have had a sales team in for how long??? Realistic scaled sales are now over a year away. AGAIN! Do you enjoy being played by AB?
29, the Ex E system does count, you only say it does not to make it fit your threadbare case. IT DOES NOT COUNT - IT WOULD HAVE COST US MORE THAN £100K IN EXPENSES RUNNING AROUND AFTER THAT UNIT MAKING SURE IT WORKS. IT WAS A MARKETING PUSH.
28. Rolec? They found someone better in ABB, with whom they have established a very useful partnership in the ev charging arena. SOMEONE BETTER THAN ONE OF THE LARGEST EV CHARGING COMPANIES IN THE UK? IM SORRY THAT DOESNT WASH WITH ME.
"27. Covestro. You finally have something in this one, but Bond did not design the tech. He took charge of the company when the prototype was about to be built. It had issues which took a long time to resolve. No surprise there, you have a case on the technology side, but I don’t blame Bond for that." WHAT DO YOU MEAN? BOND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS SWINGING HIS W I LL Y AROUND AFTER FORCING IAN WILLIAMSON TO LEAVE - IW WAS A LOVELY BLOKE BY THE WAY. HE HAS ACHIEVED NOTHING.
So three more bogus criticisms for someone trying to profit from talking down the stock price. - AS IVE JUST PROVEN, NOT REALLY.
