If you look at the project partners menu you will notice that AFC has been removed .....this happened awhile ago as i check in there regularly....which is why i said it seems to have ended early...also you will see in the key findings section there is a link to a website ....this does not open ....if you can show me that there is a positive conclusion to this trial then yee ha .
It would appear that our much lauded AlkaMem project has now finished it's trial.... seems to have finished early with no conclusion .... maybe AnneOwl will correct me if i am wrong .... https://gow.epsrc.ukri.org/NGBOViewGrant.aspx?GrantRef=EP/T00939X/1 Needs reading inconjunction with related grant EP/T009233/1 .

This link shows the list of significant shareholders who hold 3% and above .... take your pick ....last update 30th August 2024..... is it accurate ...who knows.

All good news ....However ... seeing some of these units in operation in the field being used by paying customers and not another static display.....would be of more interest to AFC shareholders .
In the Ammonia Cracker demonstration video ....Dr Mike Rendell talks about fitting the cracker into a 40' shipping container....and into a ship's hull ....looking forward to that RNS announcement .... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zML4Dk78lJM
We must be getting close to the delivery date of the Brett Aggregates agreement and the £4m government grant awarded to AFC .... RNS from July 2023 ... https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/AFC/afc-energy-secures-16343m-uk-government-grant-70zu9qmnosjlxkp.html
It is now 3 months since the last fund raise ....some of which was to be used to ramp up production....so the question must be where are those extra units that are part of the "ramp up production" program ? ....storage ?...or out the door ? .... we know one unit to Acciona and one unit to Speedy......is there any other proof of further deliveries ? ....we are "ramping up production " from what level to what new level ?
I notice that Balfour Beatty have just released a major contract RNS..... if they intend to follow their own outlook on using hydrogen generators on site .... then would they have factored in the use of AFC generators for this contract via SHS ? I wrote in my post on Aug 29th about Balfour Beatty plans and visit to AFC HQ .... "Interesting article from Balfour Beatty just published .... " We have also begun conducting hydrogen trials and deploying hydrogen fuel cells for clean site power " ....Balfour Beatty were at AFC HQ awhile back ... https://www.linkedin.com/posts/afc-energy_hydrogen-hpower-activity-7158878582491004928-ERfm full article here ... https://theenergyst.com/building-the-future-how-balfour-beattys-ats-team-is-supporting-the-companys-transition-to-net-zero/ ..... Just over a year ago ....AFC employed Robin Koeken as Business Development Manager ...Robin was at that time the European Head of Data Centre solutions for ABB ....Very promising indeed....Robin left after about 1 month .... https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/AFC/appointment-of-new-business-development-manager-d831quh5j5cev0f.html

If you look at some of these figures you will see that ABB invest vast sums of money into R&D development ....therefore they must "hook-up" with lots of companies ....how successful these "hook-ups " are remains to be seen ... https://www.statista.com/statistics/329025/research-and-development-expenditures-of-abb/
A year ago there was a visit to AFC HQ by some Japanese government officals ....could be possible that some good news was passes around about that visit back in Japan....something we are totally unaware of but is hopefully progressing via the likes of Komatsu.... https://www.linkedin.com/posts/afc-energy_ammonia-greenammonia-blueammonia-activity-7062670002256011264-5imM?trk=public_profile_like_view
Did anyone else notice how remarkable the post from gyroman @14:33 was ? ....He managed to write a post that was word for word identical to a post from Constructivenews on Aug 15th @ 13:50 ...even down to the misspelling of Helikon ....which was what triggered my curiosity.... Bravo quite an achievement .
Gitfinger
So what other equipment is on that site that can produce 400kg of hydrogen from ammonia other than the AFC cracker ?.....by the way you have failed to post what the highlight says in that video @ 49 seconds ...that was clearly a task to far ...
Gitfinger
Did you actually watch and listen to the video that i posted a few days ago ?... just pause the video at 49 seconds and read the highlight .....then come back and post here what that highlight says ....then try and prove that is a false statement ...AFC have made those claims ...the burden of prove is upon you .... enjoy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zML4Dk78lJM
Snork
Who has said the Ammonia cracker is on a construction site ?.....it is quite clearly a demonstration site for development purposes and to show potential customers ....400kg of hydrogen can be produced a day ....it does not say it is producing 400kg everyday ....the hydrogen they are producing will be used to fill/test the storage trailers and for the FAT testing of the new generators ....of course you are entitled to your own opinion.
Gitfinger
If you watch this video you will hear Dr Mike Rendall talking about the 400kg a day Hydrogen production plant and the plans to miniaturies the demonstration plant into a shipping container.... so perhaps not total gibberish as you suggest ...
