It is now 2 months since the last fund raise ....some of which was to be used to ramp up production....so the question must be where are those extra units that were part of the "ramp up production" program ? ....storage ?...or out the door ? .... we know one unit to Acciona and one unit to Speedy......is there any other proof of further deliveries ?

You will notice from the 3rd Highlight note in the RNS ..." · AFC Energy will design and sell its S Series fuel cell modules packaged specifically for Niftylift, based on its next generation S Series architecture, in early 2025." ....no mention of assembley or manufacture .....clearly that will be for Zollner ?

The number of systems that Speedy will actually receive will depend on which type of system they require....it could be any permutation of the systems that are currently available i.e 10kW ...30kW ...or even add in the Acciona 50 kVA system ....they will all have a different value ....therefore the precise number of systems ordered at present is probaly not known....just an order value ....it will more than likely be the same with the Tamgo order ....just a £££s value order not a number of units order ....there is always the opportunity the make the orders more transparent to shareholders in the upcoming interim report ......Just my take on the situation .

Exactly .....so if a 50kVA system went to Acciona last year as detailed the the RNS ....it must have gone to them as a trial system ...Acciona cannot purchase any system without FAT or CE marking.....but a system can me trialled pre -FAT.

It has to be a trial as the 50 kVA system has yet to be FAT tested or even appear on any latest AFC news articles ....

My understanding of the Acciona agreement was that a 50kVA system would be subject to a six month trial ....that trial may lead to an extended trial or a purchase of that system ....nothing has been confirmed as far as i am aware ....why we were shown multiple branded Acciona systems should be explained by AB ..... Why would they wait nearly 10 months to start the trials with Brett ....they could have used the Power Towers to start the trials and trigger the £4m grant ....waiting for the 30-50kVa systems was never part of the RNS back in July 2023 ....the trials were to be for a month at two locations ....easely covered with the Power Tower system...or am i missing something not so very obvious ?

What has happened with the agreement with Brett ?.... Did this even get a mentioned at the AGM ?...£4m grant would be handy ...

It was the Proactive report stating " now offering generators from 10 to 500 kW " .....thats what confused me ...that statement would make me think i could jog over the AFC HQ and order a 500kW system now .....which i clearly cannot .
