Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of healthcare services across the UK and Ireland, announces that Wendy Lawrence, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 39,514 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Wendy Lawrence has a total beneficial interest in 133,123 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
