15 February 2006 Totally plc ("Totally" or "the Company") Director's interests and issue of warrants The Company announces that yesterday its Board agreed to issue 1,000,000warrants to Daniel Assor, an executive director of the Company, to subscribefor ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at asubscription price of 2.25 pence per share, exercisable at any time up to 15February 2013.
