3rd October 2007 ServicePower Technologies PLC ("ServicePower" or the "Company") Listing of Shares
ServicePower , the innovative supplier of outsourcing solutions and software to the mobile repair and installations industry, is pleased to announce an application has recently been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 150,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
The Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the Service Agreement agreed with Jonathan Trubshaw upon his appointment as Director, European Commercial Director for ServicePower Field Service Solutions Europe business division in January 2005. It was agreed a bonus paid in shares should be paid upon the signature of certain new contracts. Admission is expected to become effective on 11th October 2007.
