Director's dealings

The Company has been informed that over the course of 15 and 16 March 2012 Mr. Justin Wheatley, Chief Executive, purchased a total of 26,800 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). On 15 March 2012, Mr. Wheatley purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 93p per Ordinary Share, On 16 March 2012, Mr. Wheatley purchased 16,800 Ordinary Shares at a price of 97p per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Mr. Wheatley's total direct beneficial holding in the Company is 7,253,167 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.83 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital and options over 1,170,000 Ordinary Shares. In addition, Mr. Wheatley has an indirect interest in 120,000 shares in a family trust as a potential beneficiary of the trust.
