Director/PDMR Shareholding
StatPro Group plc (AIM:SOG), the AIM listed provider of portfolio analytics and data solutions for the global asset management industry, announces it received on 3 April 2009 notification that on the same day Justin Wheatley, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 17,225 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') on behalf of his SIPP at a price of 52.25p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Justin Wheatley's interest in the Company comprises 7,101,219 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.94 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
