Statpro Group PLC28 April 2008 28 April 2008 STATPRO GROUP PLC ("StatPro" or the "Company") Director's shareholding StatPro announces that it was informed on 25 April 2008 of the followingdirectors' dealings. On 25 April 2008, the wife of Carl Bacon (Non-Executive Chairman of the Company)purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company onbehalf of her SIPP at a price of 79p per share. In addition 30,000 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') were sold byCarl Bacon's nominee account at a price of 76p per share and 30,000 OrdinaryShares were bought by Carl Bacon's SIPP at a price of 76.2p per share. Following these transactions, Carl Bacon's interest in the Company comprises480,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.88 per cent. of theCompany's issued ordinary share capital, and options over 325,000 OrdinaryShares. In addition, the wife of Charles Fairbairn (Non-Executive director of theCompany) bought 61,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Companyat a price of 77.5p per share. Following this transaction, Charles Fairbairn'sinterest in the Company comprises 446,500 Ordinary Shares, representingapproximately 0.82 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
