Director's shareholding

StatPro announces that it was today informed that, on 3 December 2008, Mark Adorian, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 34p per share on behalf of his Self Invested Personal Pension. Mark Adorian's resultant share interest comprises 2,420,698 ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.1 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
