StatPro announces that it was informed on 28 October 2008 that on the 27 October 2008,Β 200,000Β ordinary shares of 1p eachΒ in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares")Β were bought by Justin Wheatley'sΒ (Chief Executive of the Company)Β SIPP at a price of 37.02p per share andΒ 200,000 Ordinary SharesΒ were sold from hisΒ nominee account at a price of 37p per share.Β
Following these transactions, Justin Wheatley's interest in the Company remains unchanged.Β
