Statpro Group PLC19 March 2008 19 March 2008 STATPRO GROUP PLC ("StatPro" or the "Company") Director's shareholding StatPro announces that it was informed on 18 March 2008 that, on the same day,Carl Bacon, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the capital of the Company into his Self Invested PersonalPension ('SIPP') at a price of 77p per share. In addition 17,000 ordinary sharesof 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were sold from hisnominee account at a price of 75p per share and 17,000 Ordinary Shares werebought by the SIPP at a price of 75.25p per share. Following these transactions, Carl Bacon's interest in the Company comprises465,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.85 per cent. of theCompany's issued ordinary share capital, and options over 325,000 OrdinaryShares.
