Result of Annual General Meeting and
appointment of new sales director
Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting for the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 30 October 2012 were duly passed by shareholders.
The Board also gave a brief presentation at the AGM, a copy of which will be available on the Company's website www.surface-transforms.com.
The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment of a new sales director, Greg Harris, formerly a sales manager at Aston Martin Motorsport.
