Grant of share options
Surface Transforms plc (AIM:SCE), manufacturer of carbon fibre reinforced ceramic materials, announces it has granted options over 521,697 ordinary shares of the Company ("Options") to Dr. Kevin Johnson, CEO and certain employees of the Company.
The Options have been approved with an exercise price of 11.5 pence, being the weighted average closing price 3 days before grant on 15 February 2012.
