Director Dealings

Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) announces that on 1 August 2013, the Company received notification that David Bundred and Richard Gledhill, Chairman and non-executive director of the Company respectively had purchased ordinary shares in the Company on 1 August 2013 as follows:

David Bundred

David purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 8p per share and is now interested in 375,000 Ordinary Shares which equates to approximately 1.0 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.

Richard Gledhill

Richard purchased 645,000 Ordinary Shares at 8.5p per share and is now interested in 8,743,153 Ordinary Shares which equates to approximately 22.7 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
