The Company announces that Redmayne-Bentley Stockbrokers ("Redmayne-Bentley"), one of the UK's largest regional stockbrokers, has been appointed broker to the Company with immediate effect.
Redmayne-Bentley, headquartered in Leeds, have 32 regional offices and will act as the secondary broker to Surface Transforms serving our private client investors. Teather and Greenwood continues as the Company's main broker serving our institutional investors.
Kevin D'Silva, Chairman, commented:
