Grant of Options
Surface Transforms (AIM:SCE) announces that it has granted options over a total of 440,753 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Options") to various non-Board senior management of the Company.
The Options are exercisable at a price of 10.5p per share being the closing price as at 25 September 2014 and vest in thirds on each of 25 September 2017, 2018 and 2019. The Options expire on the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
The total number of options now outstanding over Ordinary Shares is 3,501,122 representing 8.28% per cent. of the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue.
David Bundred, Chairman of Surface Transforms stated: "These options are recognition by the Board of the significant work performed by several key members of our management team, at the level below formal board membership in the development of the Company, including recent contract awards."
