Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) was notified on 25 March 2016 that on the same date, David Bundred, Chairman, sold a total of 84,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at a price of 18.0p per Ordinary Share and immediately repurchased 84,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 18.05p per share through a Bed and ISA arrangement.

On the same date, Mr. Bundred also sold 84,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 18.0p per share that were immediately repurchased by his wife at a price of 18.05p per share through a Bed and ISA arrangement.

Following the above transactions, Mr. Bundred remains beneficially interested in 560,747 Ordinary Shares, as previously announced on 18 March 2016, representing approximately 1.05 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
