Director Dealing
The Company has been informed that Andrew Christopher Lapping sold 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 11.5p per share.
Mr Lapping now directly holds 9,370,398 ordinary shares and 1,146,237 ordinary shares in his Self Invested Personal Pension. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 997,026 and 721,523 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate beneficial interest of 12,235,184 ordinary shares representing 4.3% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company. Mr Lapping also has 500,000 vested options over ordinary shares.
