M Capital Investments (Jersey) Limited, an investment company in which the Higginson family has an interest, owns 988,500 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Higginson therefore has an aggregate interest of 30,839,500Β ordinary shares, representingΒ 25.6Β per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.Β
