Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue and total voting rights as at 29 April 2016 is 298,637,337.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
