Notice of Annual General Meeting
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ending 31 December 2015 and the notice convening the Annual General Meeting ("Notice") has today been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website at: http://www.netplaytv.com.
It is proposed that the payment of the special dividend be accompanied by an associated consolidation of the Company's ordinary share capital. The Notice incorporates an explanatory circular providing further details on the proposed special dividend and associated share consolidation.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 12 May 2016 at Battersea Studios, 80 Silverthorne Road, London SW8 3HE.
