Netplay TV PLC14 April 2008 Date: 14 April 2008On behalf of: NetPlay TV plc ("the Company" or "Netplay")Immediate Release NetPlay TV plc Results of Extraordinary General Meeting and TVR NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, announced on 17 Marchthat it had agreed, subject to shareholder approval at an Extraordinary GeneralMeeting ("EGM"), to acquire Bingos.com ("Bingos") for a consideration of up to£6.25m and a placing of 40,000,000 new ordinary shares at 15 pence each (the "Placing Shares"). At the EGM held today at 1000hrs, all resolutions set out in the Notice of EGMposted to the shareholders dated 19 March 2007, were passed by the Company'sshareholders. The Placing Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIMon 15 April 2008. Following the issue and allotment of the Placing Shares, the issued sharecapital of the Company will be 116,468,093 ordinary shares.
