Netplay TV PLC20 November 2007 20 November 2007 NetPlay TV plc ("NetPlay" or the "Company") Director Dealings NetPlay TV plc announces that it has been notified of the following directors'dealings: Number of shares Number of sharesName purchased now held Martin Higginson 150,000 2,650,000 The transaction occurred yesterday at 17.5p per share. Mr Higginson, through his investment vehicle, Hindley Investments Limited, alsohas an interest in a further 10,271,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Histotal interest therefore represents 18.69 per cent. of the Company's totalissued share capital. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited, a company of which Mr Andrew Lapping is theManaging Director, yesterday purchased 150,000 shares at 17.5p and now has aninterest in 550,000 ordinary shares. Mr Lapping holds 1,750,000 shares in his own right and Hindley InvestmentsLimited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is adirector, have interests in 10,271,000 and 300,000 ordinary shares in theCompany respectively.
