TV airtime extended with Turner Media
Launch of Live TV Bingo
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the AIM-listed interactive gaming company, is delighted to announce the extension of its broadcast relationship with Turner Media, a division of Time Warner. The Company will increase its Freeview and Sky broadcast hours significantly with effect from Friday 10 October. This will include a 10pm and 11pm start time on both Saturday and Sunday respectively, for its improved "SuperCasino", NetPlay's new interactive TV show. In addition, Live TV Bingo will be launched on Nuts TV Sky Channel 196 and Sky Channel 867 during the daytime with effect from 1 November.
The SuperCasino.com show will be broadcast on Nuts TV, Freeview Channel 42 and Sky Channel 196 from this Friday at 11pm and will follow the Ricky Hatton Live show on Sunday evenings. The weekend shows will feature an enhanced line up of presenters giving the show a true "casino" feel. The additional viewing times are an extension to the existing strategic partnership with Turner Media and their Nuts TV channel, based on the popular lads magazine, which broadcasts on both Freeview and Sky reaching an audience of in excess of 23 million UK homes.
The partnership will include a number of "in-programme" promotions that will run throughout the Nuts TV airtime as well as banner adverts and promotions on the www.Nuts.tv and www.Nuts.co.uk websites.
In addition, the Group's Live TV Bingo show (www.bingos.com) will be launched on Nuts TV Sky Channel 196 and dedicated Sky Channel 867 daily between 2pm and 5pm from 1 November. Viewers will be able to play simultaneously on both the Internet and TV in the comfort of their own homes. The show will feature one of the biggest bingo jackpots on TV - a massive £200,000!
NetPlay TV will continue to broadcast their other live gaming format Live Roulette on Nuts TV on the Freeview and Sky Channels from Monday to Friday between midnight - 1am, Saturday between 10pm and 1am and Sunday between 11pm and 1am. Live Roulette will continue to air on the Nuts TV on Sky only until 3am.
