The business, which is based in Majorca, currentlyoperates in the UK, Spain, Italy and Poland. This landmark acquisition will further strengthen NetPlay's position in the fastgrowing interactive bingo market, and more importantly its ability to offer aconverged TV, Internet and Mobile platform for the bingo consumer. The Board of NetPlay is also pleased to announce the appointment of Dominic PaulMansour, Managing Director of Bingos.com, to the Board as CEO of Bingos.com withimmediate effect. Dominic is responsible for growing the Bingos.com business andhas been Managing Director of Bingos.com for 4 years. He has guided the companyfrom investment to profitability in less than 4 years, generating a £1m EBIT inthe last 12 months and more recently selling the business to NetPlay TV PLC. Hewas previously the Managing Director of GlobalCom London, where during hisemployment he established the business throughout Europe and the Middle East andlaunched the company's bingo software product (which was recently sold to 888).Dominic has a degree in Business Studies (Licence IUP-MGE) from the Universitede Savoie, Chambery, France and a BA (Hons) degree in European Business studiesfrom Manchester Metropolitan University.
