Global Rollout of Appitalism Service into 50 Countries

London - (AIM: MOS) - 21 October 2010 - Following the successful launch of Appitalism.com last month in the U.S., Mobile Streams announces today that the service has now gone live in an additional 50 countries around the world, enabling consumers to discover and purchase locally licensed content compatible with their local devices and in their local currencies.

Regional versions of the Appitalism service are now live in, amongst others, English language markets such as Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Kingdom; in other markets where Mobile Streams has an existing local market knowledge or presence including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Germany, Hong Kong, Mexico, Singapore and Switzerland; as well as in the so-called "BRIC countries" of Brazil, Russia, India and China.

The rapid rollout of the Appitalism service to a potential audience of several billion people was made possible through the use of cloud computing and global payment platforms that enable Mobile Streams to be the Merchant of Record for hosted transactions processed through the site.
