Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R
The Company was notified on 26 March 2015 that Michael Rogers, non-executive director, sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 421.25 pence per share. Following the transaction Mr. Rogers continues to have an interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares.
