Dividend declaration

As announced as part of the full year results, the Directors have recommended a final ordinary dividend of 9.30p, bringing the full year dividend for 2023 to 13.00p (FY22: 10.50p) reflecting continued strong cash performance and the Board's confidence in the Group's prospects.

The payment of the final dividend is subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting to be held on 13 June 2024.

The dividend is expected to be paid on 16 July 2024 to shareholders on the register of members at close of business on 28 June 2024.
