Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or the 'Company')
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 13 June 2023 that Ray Davies (Finance Director) has, via his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) as part of the SIPP's dividend reinvestment arrangements, purchased 328 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 901.25 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 June 2023.
As a result of this transaction Ray Davies' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares increases to 81,807 shares representing 0.27 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
