Result of AGM

Lok'nStore Group plc, the AIM listed self-storage company, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today Ordinary Resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11 were duly passed.

Special Resolutions 9 and 10 were not passed.
