Lok'nStore announces that, on 30 November 2012, Douglas Hampson, through his company Montecito Storage Investors LLC ("Montecito") acquired 4,033,909 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Laxey Partners ("Laxey").

Following the transaction:

·; Montecito is interested in a total of 4,033,909 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.75% of the issued share capital of the Company; and

·; Laxey Partners no longer has an interest in the Company

Andrew Jacobs CEO said "We are delighted to welcome Douglas as a shareholder in the Company. He was responsible for setting up the first self-storage facility in Europe in 1980 and has had a long and successful track record in the sector. His investment follows a number of other significant institutional shareholders joining the Company's register in recent weeks which has not only increased the free float but also demonstrates confidence in the Company's investment fundamentals."
