Kerry Group plc (the "Company") has today published the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy together with ancillary documents. All documents are available on the Company's website at www.kerry.com/agm and have also been submitted to Euronext Dublin and the UK's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
The AGM of the Company will be held at the Brandon Hotel, Tralee, Co Kerry on Thursday 2 May 2024 at 2pm. Any relevant updates regarding the AGM, including any changes to the arrangements outlined in the Notice will be announced via a Regulatory Information Service and will be provided on www.kerry.com/agm.
