The Company has been notified that on 10 June 2016, Grainne Burns and a Connected Person sold 30,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 178.73p

Following this notification, Grainne Burns and her Connected Person have a reportable shareholding of 1,000,072 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
